How To make Chicken with Avocado Salsa
1 lb Boneless chicken breast
-halves Chili powder,salt and pepper 1 Ripe avocado
1 tb Fresh lime juice
1/2 c Chunky salsa
1 Tomato,chopped
2 Green onions with
-tops,thinly sliced 4 Heated corn tortillas or
-lettuce leaves Arrange chicken around the edges of a 9" pie plate or baking dish. Sprinkle with chili powder, salt and pepper. Cover with vented plastic wrap. Rotating dish midway through cooking, microwave on high 5 to 6 minutes; set aside. Peel, seed and chop avocado. Combine with lime juice in a small bowl. Add salsa, tomato and green onions; toss gently. Slice cooked chicken, lengthwise, into 1 to 2" strips and arrange on tortillas, making 4 servings. Top with salsa. Microwave on 50 % (medium) 2 minutes or until heated. Makes 4 servings.

1 rotisserie chicken (shredded)
1 large avocado
5 pickled jalapeno slices
3 Tbsp jalapeno pickling liquid
2 Tbsp water

4 6oz Chicken Beasts, Boneless & Skinless
1 Tbsp. Lime Zest
1/3 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
1-1/2 tsp. Honey
1/3 Cup Cilantro, Chopped
3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
Salt
Pepper
Salsa:
1-1/2 Medium Avocados, Diced
2 Roma Tomatoes, Chopped
1/2 Cup Red Onion, Chopped
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
1 Tbsp. Frech Lime Juice

Healthy Easy Chicken Grilled With Avocado to include in your weight loss diet
1 Grilled Chicken breast with Avocado Salsa recipe 480 calories (1 serving)
Ingredients
4 oz breast
For the Marinade
1 garlic clove
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp cilantro chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp paprika
salt and black pepper
Avocado Salsa
2 oz avocados diced
1 medium tomato chopped
1/4 medium red onion chopped
1/2 jalapeno de-seeded and chopped (optional)
1 tbsp cilantro finely chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
pepper & salt to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk all the ingredients for the marinade and set aside.
add the breast to the bowl of marinade. Mix through until is fully coated in the marinade. Use right away if needed or marinate for 30-minutes or up to 12 hours.
Grill over medium-high heat (sorry i didn't use the a grill pan) or in a large heavy-duty skillet on the stovetop for 5-6 minutes per side or until the inside is cooked through and the outside is charred. Top with fresh avocado salsa and serve immediately.
To Make Avocado Salsa
combine all the ingredients for the salsa in a small bowl. Cover with plastic wrap in the fridge until ready to use.

For 4 Wraps:
2 lbs Chicken Breast
1 Tbsp Cajun
Salt according to cajun sodium levels
Cook until 165-170F internal, slice after resting 5-10 minutes
2 avocados
4 slices turkey/beef bacon (airfry or bake on a rack for 20 mins at 350F)
1/4 cup light mayo
2 chipotles in adobo sauce
1/2 zest and juice of lemon
