***DOUGH RECIPE, MAKES ENOUGH FOR FOUR PIZZAS***
2 1/4 cups (530 ml) warm water
1 tbsp sugar (12g) sugar
1 tbsp (9g) active dry yeast
2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
1 tbsp (18 g) kosher salt
5 cups (600g) bread flour, plus more for working the dough
additional oil for greasing the dough
Start the dough by combining the water, sugar and yeast in a large bowl and let sit for a few minutes. If the yeast goes foamy, it's alive and you're good to proceed (if it doesn't, it's dead and you need new yeast). Add the olive oil and salt and 5 cups (600g) of bread flour. Mix until just combined, then start kneading. Add just enough additional flour to keep the dough workable (i.e. not too sticky) and kneed until you can stretch some of the dough into a thin sheet without it tearing. (NOTE: You will probably need to add a lot more flour. The quantity I give here is just a base line to get your started.)
Divide the dough into four equal balls and put them in four containers (ideally glass) and lightly coat the balls and the interior of their containers with olive oil. Cover, and either rise at room temperature for two hours, or put them in the refrigerator and let them rise for 1-7 days. (I prefer the long, cold rise.)
Rhodes Rolls Deep Dish Pizza ????
Rhodes Deep Dish Pizza
24 frozen Rhodes rolls
Olive oil (I used a garlic infused oil)
Pizza sauce (I used Rao’s)
Toppings ( I used turkey pepperoni, diced red onion, black olives, jalapeños, mozzarella & Monterey Jack shredded cheese)
Spray a 9x13” pan with nonstick cooking spray and place frozen rolls into the pan. Lightly spray saran wrap with nonstick cooking spray and place over the rolls. Place in a warm spot to rise for 4 to 6 hours or until doubled in size. I put mine in the oven to rise (oven is off)
Preheat oven 350°
Once doubled in size, drizzle with olive oil, push down on the dough with your fingers. Top with your favorite pizza sauce, and spread evenly on top. Now add your toppings. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes until Golden brown.

No Carb Pizza Roll Ups || The Keto Kitchen
[RECIPE BELOW] NO CARB Pizza Roll Ups.
Holy moly these are so good. They are a lovely fatty, greasy, keto snack that doesn't take much effort to make.
| The Recipe |
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 Slices of Sliced Mozzarella Cheese
- A small pack of Mini Pepperoni Slices
- 3 tbsp Pizza Sauce, sugar free (I just used Tomato Paste mixed with Water)
- A sprinkle Italian Seasoning
METHOD:
1. Preheat the oven to 200c/400f. Prepare a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
2. Place mozzarella slices on the baking sheet, with a small space between them.
3.Bake for 6 minutes, or until the edges start to go golden brown. Remove from the oven and leave to cool for about 1 minute.
4.Spread a little bit of pizza sauce on each slice, add some pepperoni and sprinkle some Italian seasoning on top.
5.Take an edge and gently roll the slices into cylinders. Enjoy!
