How To make Macaroni and No Cheese
1 Butternut squash -- unpeeled,
-cut into 2-inch cubes, -seeds removed 1/4 c White miso
1/4 c -- water, hot
1/4 c Nutritional yeast flakes
2 tb Raw tahini
3 tb Tamari
1/2 ts Freshly ground black pepper
1 lb Elbow macaroni made w/o eggs
1/2 c Herbed bread crumbs
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly o8il a round 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Put 1 inch of water in a large saucepan with a steamer basket, cover with the lid, and bring to a gentle boil. Put the butternut squash in the steamer basket, cover and steam until the squash is tender, 25 to 20 minutes. Cool, andpare off the squash peel. Put half the steamed squash, the miso, hot water, yeast flakes, mustard, tahini, tamari and pepper in a blender, and blend until smooth. Meanwhile, in large pot of lightly salted boiling water, cook the macaroni until just tender, about 8 minutes. Drain well. Transfer to a large bowl. Add the tahini-squash mixture and the cubed squash and mix well. Transfer the macaroni mixture to the baking dish. Sprinkle the top with the bread crumbs. Bake until heated through, about 20 minutes. 500 grams Filipino Style Spaghetti Sauce
Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
½ cup grated cheese, for toppings
Set C (Bechamel Sauce):
1 cup quick melt cheese grated
1 tsp minced garlic
2 cups all-purpose cream
Salt and pepper, to taste

½ cup butter
½ cup flour

No bake mac and cheese is so simple and easy. This recipe uses 4 basic ingredients: flour, milk, cheese, and elbow noodles. In my opinion, this recipe is much healthier than Kraft dinner and can be made in about the same time. I usually make this up during the week. Get the full recipe:
You can add whatever you like to this basic mac and cheese. For example, you can enhance it by adding garlic, onion powder, basil, paprika, green onions, diced tomatoes, etc. The sky is the limit. Watch the video, give it a try, and let us know what you think.

HEALTHY MAC AND CHEESE RECIPE
(serving for 1)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup elbow pasta (56g)
1/2 cup milk (120ml)
1/2 tbsp ground oats, or oat flour
1/2 cup grated zucchini (100g)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp mustard
1/4 cup ricotta cheese (60g)
1/4 cup grated cheedar cheese or gouda (25g)
1/2 cup diced tomatoes (70g)
NUTRITIONAL INFO (per serving):
430 calories, fat 16.2g, carb 48.6g, protein 24.8g
Preparation:
Boil pasta according to package directions, and don't overcook it. Reserve some starchy pasta water.
In a saucepan add the milk and oat flour, whisk to combine and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until it starts to thicken, then add the grated zucchini and continue to cook for a few more minutes.
Bring the heat to low and stir in the seasonings. Then add the cheeses in 2-3 batches and mix until the cheese has melted.
Remove from the heat, add the pasta and stir to coat the pasta.
Add the diced tomatoes and mix together.
If necessary, add the reserved pasta water in 1 tablespoon increments until the sauce reaches the desired consistency.
Serve and enjoy!
