How To make Lazy Day Lasagna
12 oz Cottage cheese
2 c Mozzarella cheese --
-shredded 2 Whole eggs
1/3 c Dried parsley
1 ts Onion powder
12 ts Dried basil
18 ts Pepper
1 qt Spaghetti sauce
3/4 lb Ground beef
cooked
9 Pieces lasagna noodles
1/4 c Water
Parmesan cheese In large bowl mix first 7 ingredients until well blended; set aside. In medium bowl, mix together spaghetti sauce and ground beef. In 12"x8"x2" baking dish, spread 3/4 cup meat sauce. Layer 3 uncooked lasagna noodles on top. Spread with half of the cheese mixture and 1 1/2 cups meat sauce. Layer 3 more noodles on top of meat sauce. Spread with
remaining cheese mixture. Top with remaining 3 noodles and remaining meat sauce. Pour water around edges of casserole. Cover tightly with foil. Bake in 375? oven 45 minutes. Uncover and bake15 minutes more or until

Ingredients: (single serving)
1 32oz jars of pasta sauce
1/2 large ricotta cheese container
1/2 lb of mozzarella (shredded)
1 lb of mostaccioli or rigatoni
Directions:
Cook pasta. Drain pasta. Don't cool down. Keep warm.
Pour heated sauce into pot that had pasta in it.
Add shredded mozzarella. mix in.
Add pasta. mix in.
Add ricotta cheese. mix in.
Serve and enjoy.

lasagna/lazanya is an Italian dish made of stacked layers of thin flat pasta alternating with fillings such as ragù (ground meats and tomato sauce) and other vegetables, cheese, and seasonings and spices such as garlic, oregano and basil. The dish may be topped with melted grated mozzarella cheese. Typically, the cooked or oven-ready pasta is assembled with the other ingredients and then baked in an oven. The resulting lasagne casserole is cut into single-serving square portions.
Ingredients:
For the meat sauce:
3 tbsp of olive oil
a mix of basil, thyme, parsley, rosemary 1 tbsp or dry Italian seasoning 2 tsp
1 large onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of chilli flakes
black pepper ½ tsp
salt to taste (around 1tsp )( remember that cheddar cheese is salty)
ground meat 1 kg (beef or mutton)
chopped tomatoes 800g
water to cook for 30 minutes
For bechamel /white sauce:
butter 4 tbsp
flour 4 tbsp
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of salt
cold milk 3 cups
Pan Size: 22 x 32 cm

This is a really easy recipe for those busy days you need a quick meal. This is definitely going to be one of my go to recipes to have on hand for those lazy days ????.
Ingredients
•Mozzarella cheese
•Pasta sauce or marinara sauce
•20 oz. bag frozen ravioli any
flavor (cheese or beef)
• Hot sausage and 1/2 lb. ground
beef ) *optional
Directions
If using meat cook thoroughly. I added garlic powder and pepper to the ground beef as I cooked it. Drain off the fat then add just a little bit of sauce to coat the meat and give it flavor.
Spray a 9x13in oven safe pan or dish with non stick spray. Add a small amount of pasta sauce to cover bottom of pan. Add frozen ravioli to cover the bottom I used 20 ravioli on the bottom and 21 on the second layer. Add sauce over ravioli then spread cheese over sauce. If using meat add that before you add cheese. Continue to layer and the last layer should be cheese. Cover with foil bake on 350 for about 35 minutes and take foil off and cook an additional 15 minutes so the cheese can brown some. Serve with a salad/vegetable and garlic bread if you like and enjoy!

• 12oz Oven Ready Lasagna Noodles (NO BOIL lasagna noodles)
• 24 oz Mozzarella Cheese (use more or less as desired)
MEAT SAUCE
• 2.5 lbs ground beef
• 48 oz marinara sauce PLUS 1 cup of water (use a high quality sauce)
• 1/2 diced white onion
• 5 minced garlic cloves
• 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
• 1/2 Tbsp Beef Bouillon Powder
• 1 Tsp dried Basil
• 3/4 Tsp Cayenne Red Pepper
• 1/4 Tsp ground black pepper
• Salt (to taste)
• Fresh Parsley
• Sugar (This is not a rule! Please taste your sauce and use your best judgement if your sauce is very acidic then add sugar as needed)
CHEESE SAUCE (make to your taste)
• 15 oz whole milk Ricotta Cheese
• Grated Parmesan cheese
• Garlic powder
• Cajun seasoning (optional)
• Salt
• Fresh Parsley
• 1 egg (add last)
NOTE: I used a 13 x 9 1/2 inch casserole dish and baked for 1 hour, broiled for 3 minutes.
When making the meat sauce please taste as you go! If you prefer NOT to use Marinara Sauce then you may use any pasta sauce (e.g. garlic and herb, tomato and basil, tomato basil garlic ) and taste as you go..... meaning gradually add seasonings to your sauce and make any adjustments as desired.
If you prefer you may brown your meat and onions, add pasta sauce, THEN gradually add seasonings! The outcome of your lasagna is based on how well your meat sauce tastes. It's important that you use a high quality sauce and season to YOUR taste for BEST results! Enjoy ????

Crock Pot Lazy Day Lasagna with Frozen Ravioli - Only 4 ingredients!!!
Love how easy this crock pot Ravioli lasagna is! So yummy!
25 oz. bag frozen ravioli
1 pound ground beef
24 oz. favorite spaghetti sauce
2-3 cups mozzarella cheese
In skillet, brown beef until fully cooked and drain excess fat. Pour favorite spaghetti sauce into skillet, and heat until warmed. Take off burner and put to the side. Spray crockpot with a non stick spray. Then place spoonfuls of sauce into crockpot to cover the bottom. Layer 1/3 of ravioli and cover with another layer of sauce. Sprinkle layer of mozzarella cheese then continue layers until all ingredients are used, ending in cheese. Cover and cook on high for 2.5-3 hours. Serve and enjoy.
