A totally zesty mongoy avacadoy burgery pile of amazingness. It's fun and messy too!!
Perfectly healthier than a lot of burgers out there.
Let your kiddies dig into this amazing dish. It's full of life and flavour and its easy for the tiny ones to munch on too.
Just because it has no meat, it doesn't mean it has no punch. Try it out!! This burger is a really soft, easy to eat and packed full of the good things.
Its a full on tall, broad proppa burger. Serve it up with a pile of chips, chuck in a side salad and you are well away.

ALDI has some brand new vegan friendly items including some buffalo cauliflower wings, jackfruit burgers and thai style veggie burgers. Let’s see how they taste!
ALDI Australia are often full of surprises for vegans in Australia, and they have jumped on board with another handful of new items for people to try: Buffalo style cauliflower wings ($3.99), BBQ flavoured jackfruit burgers ($3.49) and also the Thai styled veggie burgers ($3.49).
It is fantastic to have some more options available, but the biggest question is if they are worth your money!

Smash Burger! ????
Tonight is all about the Smash Burger! ????
We are rocking with some 85/15 ground beef
Divide it into 4 equal balls and throw in the fridge to keep cold while we make our sauce!
Sauce:
1/3 cup lite mayo
2 Tbs Dijon mustard
1-2 Tbs hot sauce
1 Tbs pickle relish with some of that juice
1/4 cup of a grated yellow onion
Throw those beef balls on a cast iron over medium high heat and give them a smash, season with salt and pepper.
After 2-3 minutes give them a flip and add a slice of cheddar cheese, once cooked stack together and remove from the heat!
Using a toasted bun, add your patty’s, lettuce, onion, tomato and that sauce!
Now enjoy!!! ????

How to make the perfect Veggie Burger
I took a store bought Dr. Praeger California Veggie Burger and turned into a gourmet burger. Topped with sauteed peppers, onions, crimini mushrooms and pepper jack cheese with homemade dijonaise on a fresh baked bun.
