How To make Italian Hamburger Deep Dish
1 lb Ground beef
1 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1 Clove garlic, finely chopped
Instant mashed potato buds, -enough for 6 or 7 servings 2 tb Instant minced onion
1 ts Dried oregano leaves
3 md Tomatoes, sliced
4 oz Mozzarella cheese, sliced
-or shredded Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a rectangular baking dish, 11x7x1 1/2". Cook beef, salt, pepper and garlic in a 12" skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Prepare potatoes as directed on the package for 6 or 7 servings
except stir in onion and oregano. Spread half of the potato mixture on bottom of baking dish. Layer with beef and half of the tomatoes. Top with the remaining potatoes and tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Ingredients
Dough
1 tsp sugar
2 1/4 tsp yeast
3 cups flour
1/2 cup corn meal
1 tsp salt
Pinch of citric acid
1/2 cup olive oil
Filling
12 oz mozzarella
1 lb Italian meatballs or SAUSAGES!
6 oz pepperoni
28 oz can whole tomatoes, crushed by hand
Grated Parmesan

Deep Dish Pizza for the [Carnivore Diet]

This is the fourth iteration of pizza that I've made for the carnivore diet. This time, however, we go deep dish.

RECIPE
SAUCE
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan
1/2 Cup Monterrey Jack
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1) Add cream to a pan over medium high heat and just bring to a boil. Once at a slight boil, turn off heat and add in your cheeses. Whisk these together until fully incorporated. Season with salt and pepper.
CRUST
3 Oz Ground Pork Rinds
4 Eggs
1) Combine your eggs and pork rinds and let pork rinds hydrate for 5-10 minutes.
2) Grease down a 6-9 springform pan with butter. Add all of your batter to the pan, Smooth out on the bottom and do your best to get it up the sides of the pan as high as possible. Add your toppings and wrap in foil.
3) Cook at 350°F for 30 minutes and then remove the foil and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is browned.
4) Let rest for 30 minutes before serving.
