Chocolate Brownies Recipe Demonstration - Joyofbaking.com
Recipe here: Stephanie Jaworski of Joyofbaking.com demonstrates how to make Chocolate Brownies. These Chocolate Brownies start with a brownie that has a deep chocolate flavor and a dense fudge-like texture and top it with a smooth and glossy Chocolate Ganache. This transforms it into a dessert so good that I am not sure whether we should call it a square or a candy.

Brownies Recipe Demonstration - Joyofbaking.com
Recipe here: Stephanie Jaworski of Joyofbaking.com demonstrates how to make Brownies. These brownies are made using just one bowl. First the chocolate and butter are melted and then, one by one, you whisk in the rest of the ingredients. The deep chocolate flavor of these brownies comes from using semisweet or bittersweet chocolate and unsweetened cocoa powder (either natural or Dutch-processed).
