How To make Japanese Hamburger Dish
1/4 C. blanched slivered almonds
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3/4 Lb. ground beef
1 C. water
1/4 Tsp. salt
1 C. fine noodles -- such as
Ramen noodles (1 pkg.) 1 Pkg. Japanese-style
vegetables -- frozen 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Saute almonds in butter or margarine in skillet until lightly browned. Remove from pan and set aside. Brown beef well in butter remaining in skillet. Stir in water and salt and bring to a boil. Stir in noodles. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Add vegetables. Bring to a full boil over medium heat, separating vegetables with a fork and stirring frequently. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Stir in soy sauce and sprinkle with almonds. Makes 4 servings.

Japanese hamburger steak or hambāgu ハンバーグ is a juicy hamburger steak patty made with ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, and sauteed onions. It's served with a tangy steak sauce made of ketchup and worcestershire sauce!
Full recipe:
Ingredients:
▢1 ⅓ lb ground beef
▢⅓ medium onion - finely diced
▢1 teaspoon vegetable oil
▢1 egg
▢⅓ cup panko bread crumbs
▢2 ½ Tablespoons milk
▢2 teaspoons ketchup
▢1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
▢¾ teaspoon sea salt
▢½ teaspoon pepper
▢2 cloves garlic - (optional) minced
▢¼ cup red wine - to steam patty
Hambagu Sauce:
▢⅓ cup ketchup
▢3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
▢3 Tablespoons water or stock
▢2 Tablespoons butter
▢2 teaspoons sugar
Optional for serving
▢steamed broccoli and carrots
▢steamed rice

How to make vegan Japanese hamburger steak/お肉なしでしっとりふっくらハンバーグ

Japanese hamburger steak is always in a top3 of everyones favorite home-dish. There are many, delicious hamburgers in this world but Japanese hamburger steak is a bit different. Not like American/Western style we are 100% meat patty!, we use vegetables and make it juicy and sometimes fluffy. So, more like meatloaf?
Today, instead of ground beef and pork, I used defrosted Tofu. You can use soy meat or any meat substitute you like. I used tofu because it has umami without additives.
If you can find Shiso and daikon radish in your neighborhood, try Wafu sauce!
INGREDIENTS for Two
300g Firm Tofu
80g Oat
1 Onion
1 Shiitake mushroom
1TBS Soy sauce
2TBS Unscented Coconut oil
Nutmeg, Paprika, Black pepper
Japanese Wafu sauce
1:1 Soy sauce and Rice/White vinegar
Shiso herb
Grated Daikon radish
Green onion (optional)
BBQ sauce for One
1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
1 TBS Ketchup
1 TBS Red wine
1 Tea spoon Maple syrup
3 TBS Water
Mushrooms
Parsley (optional)

今日はハンバーグ!ビーガンだけど満足感のあるハンバーグです!
皆さんはハンバーグ好きですかー?????
今回はミンチの代わりに水をこれでもかと抜いたお豆腐を使っています。お肉が入っていないのに、ずっしり、そしてしっとりです。
脂がない分くどくないので、ハンバーグに特別愛を感じていない方でもw 美味しくぺろりといけちゃいますよ。
お豆腐の代わりに大豆ミート等でももちろんOK。おからもいいですね。どちらもパサパサにならないように豆乳などで調節してください!
材料 (2人分)
木綿豆腐 300g
オーツ麦 80g
玉ねぎ 1
しいたけ 1
しょう油 大さじ1
無香ココナツオイル大さじ2
ナツメグ, パプリカパウダー, コショウ
和風ソース
しょう油:酢=1:1
しそ
大根のすりおろし
ネギ (あれば)
BBQ ソース(1人分)
ウスターソース大さじ1
ケチャップ 大さじ1
