How To make Hungarian Goulash with Coke
3 lb Lean beef chuck
2 tb Margarine
2 c Onion, chopped
1 md Clove garlic, minced
1 tb Paprika
2 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Caraway seeds
1/2 c COCA-COLA
1/4 c Red wine
4 md Tomatoes, ripe peeled
- and chopped 3 tb Flour
Water Noodles, cooked and hot
Cut the beef into 1/2-inch cubes, discarding the bone and fat. In a Dutch oven, melt the margarine and add the meat, stirring to brown on all sides. Remove the meat cubes as they brown. Saute the onion and garlic in the drippings until they are soft. Stir in the paprika, salt, and caraway seeds, cook for 1 minute. Stir in the meat, Coca-Cola, wine, and tomatoes. Cover tightly, simmer about 1-1/2 hours or until the meat is fork-tender. In a bowl, blend the flour with a little water to make a smooth paste, stir into goulash. Serve with hot noodles. Makes 8 servings (about 6 cups).

Hungarian Goulash
Recipe Karoly Gundel. 1954. I made old recipe because it is still the best goulash you can ever make.
Ingredients
3 slices bacon or vegetable oil
2 lb beef
1 onion
1 lb potatoes
2 bell peppers
1 tomato
5 tbsp sweet paprika
2 garlic cloves
Salt/Pepper/Caraway Seeds
1 pack beef broth
Dough
1 cup flour
1 egg
Salt
Fry bacon to get fat of it, remove and add onion, cook until golden and add beef. Brown the meat, add paprika and 1 cup of beef broth, simmer on low-medium heat for 30 min. Add potatoes and more broth. Make pasta as shown on video, when potatoes almost ready add peppers, tomato and pasta. Cook 15 more minutes and remove from heat. Add garlic/salt/pepper and caraway seeds. Let goulash rest for 10 min and serve.
Goulash is not soup! Maintain the liquid (broth) during cooking!

How to Make Hungarian Goulash at home | Easy Homemade Goulash Recipe | Tasty Goulash Recipe
Today we are showing you how to make a hungarian goulash. It is a very easy and tasty goulash recipe at home.
Ingredients:
• diced pork shoulder
• dried pinto beans
• hungarian smoked ham
• celeriac
• carrots
• parsnips
• 6 medium white onions
• fresh parsley
• chilli
• garlic cloves
• salt
• black pepper
• cumin
• vegetable oil
• paprika powder
Method:
1. Cook the dried pinto beans for 1 hour in a pot. Add garlic, bay leaves, black pepper, chicken stock and 1 tsp. bicarbona of soda.
2. Cut vegetables and smoked ham into small pieces.
3. Heat 1 tbsp. vegetable oil in another pot and add the chopped white onions. Stir regularly for about 15 minutes and season with salt, then add the diced pork shoulders. Season with black pepper, 1 tsp. cumin and 3 tbsp. paprika powder and add some hot water. Then add 1 chilli pepper. Cook for 1 hour, then add the chopped vegetables. Add more water, fresh parsley and the chopped smoked ham. Add the cooked pinto beans and cook until the vegetables are soft.
