How To make Coke Cake
2 c Flour
2 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Marshmallows
1/2 c Shortening
1/2 c Margarine
3 T Cocoa
1 c Coca-Cola
1/2 c Buttermilk
1 t Baking Soda
2 Eggs, beaten
1/2 c Margarine
3 T Cocoa
6 T Coca-Cola
1 lb Powdered Sugar
1 c Pecans, chopped
Marshmallows may be chopped or miniature. Sift together flour and sugar, stir in marshmallows and set aside. Bring to a boil, shortening, margarine, cocoa and Coke. Remove from heat and pour over dry ingredients. Stir in buttermilk, baking soda and eggs. Do not beat this cake mixture. Pour into a greased 13x9x2-inch pan and bake in a preheated 350 deg. oven for 45 minutes or until done. Cool 30 minutes before frosting cake. Coke Cake Frosting: Bring margarine, cocoa and Coke to a boil. Boil a minute, remove from heat and gradually add sugar. Stir in pecans. Source: TEXAS THE BEAUTIFUL COOKBOOK

How To Make A Coca-Cola Cake
Cake
2 sticks (1 cup) of salted butter
¼ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup of Coca-Cola
2 cups of self rising flour
2 cups of sugar
2 eggs
½ cup of buttermilk
2 Tsp of vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 9x13 baking dish. If using a metal pan, butter and flour pan. Set aside.
Add butter, cocoa powder and coke to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir and set aside to cool.
In large bowl, whisk together flour and sugar until well blended. In separate bowl, stir together eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Pour Coca-Cola mixture into flour and stir until blended. Add egg mixture and stir until blended. Pour cake batter into prepared baking dish and bake 30-35 minutes or until top is set and toothpick comes out clean. As soon as the cake comes out of the oven poke a few holes into the top of the cake. Pour the frosting over hot cake. Allow cake to sit at least 30 minutes (an hour is best) before serving.
Frosting
1 stick of salted butter
6 tbsp of Coca-Cola
¼ cup of cocoa powder
3 cups of powdered sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
*Optional – 1 cup of chopped pecans
Place butter and coke into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute or until butter is completely melted. Add cocoa powder to butter mixture and microwave for 1 more minute. Stir and gradually add sugar to butter mixture and stir until sugar is completely dissolved and blended in. Add vanilla. Pour over hot cake.

2 cups / 400 gram sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup / 120 ml buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp / 5 ml vanilla
Easy Frosting: 100 gm Whipped cream powder
180 ml chilled water
To shape the bottle: 2 kg Dark chocolate
