14 oz Artichoke Hearts
4 1/4 oz Shrimp, Rinsed And Drained
3 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/2 c Pace Picante Sauce
1/4 c Grated Parmesan Cheese
Finely Julienned Red Pepper - Strips Thinly Sliced Green Onion - Tops Drain artichoke hearts; dice. Add shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Pace Picante Sauce and Parmesan cheese; mix well. Spoon into 9-inch round pie plate or shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with red pepper and green onion. Serve with chips and assorted vegetable dippers. Makes about 2-1/2 cups dip. Microwave Oven Directions: Cook in microwave oven at high for about 3 minutes or until hot, stirring after each minute of cooking. From: Pace booklet.

Ingredients:
1 block cream cheese
3 tbs butter
1/4 cup diced onions
3 tbs green onions
1/4 cup diced celery/diced bell red bell pepper
1-2 tbs minced garlic
1/4 cup sherry wine (optional)
8 oz lobster meat (can sub shrimp)
1 lb crab meat (lump or claw)
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tbs lemon juice
8 oz cheddar jack cheese
8 oz parmesan cheese
4 oz sharp cheddar (to top)
Salt, pepper, onion powder, creole seasoning
Hot sauce (to taste)
2 tsp Worcestershire
Parsley to garnish
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375. Prep veggies.
Begin by melting butter in cast iron skillet. Add onions and celery (and bell pepper if you have it) and cook thru. Add garlic once onions are done cooking. Now add your lobster or shrimp and cook thru. Add sherry wine (optional) and cook off about 2 minutes. Next, Add in your cream cheese and melt/incorporate. Add lemon juice, green onion, Worcestershire, hot sauce, and sour cream - mix to combine. Begin seasoning at this point and taste as you go. Add in crab meat and mix to incorporate.
Turn the heat to low and slowly mix in your cheese until everything is melted. Adjust your seasoning here to your preference, and top with your remaining cheese.
Place in a 375 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until the top is browned and dip is hot/bubbly. Garnish with parsley and any remaining crab meat (and/or lobster/shrimp) for presentation. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, or toasted baguettes.

½ white onion chopped
½ cup mozzarella cheese
½ cup cheddar cheese

1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp parsley
Juice of half lemon
1 tbsp minced garlic
Dash cayenne pepper
2 tbsps dry white wine
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups jumbo lump crab meat
Top with shredded cheese
350 degrees
20 - 25 minutes

1 tbsp better than bouillon chicken base (optional)
1/2 diced yellow onion
fresh parsley
1 tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, cajun seasoning (to taste)

Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip is a creamy appetizer dip filled with soft cream cheese, shredded spinach, chopped artichokes all melted together in a cheesy mixture blend and baked hot and bubbly in a skillet that is ready for dipping. Best appetizer everyone will love this holiday season!
INGREDIENTS:
8 ounce cream cheese softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 garlic cloves minced
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
1 14 ounce can Artichokes chopped
6 ounce frozen spinach thawed
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium sized bowl add the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise and mix until incorporated. Add the garlic, mozzarella cheese, parmesan, artichokes and spinach.
2. Spread the mixture evenly into a 1 quart baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until it is heated throughout and bubbly. Serve warm with sliced baguette or crackers.
