How To make Spicy Artichoke Dip

1 c Grated Parmesan cheese
1 c Mayonnaise
1 cn (14-oz.) artichoke hearts,
-drained, chopped 1 cn (4-oz.) chopped green
-chilies, drained 1 Garlic clove, minced
2 tb Green onion slices
2 tb Chopped tomatoes
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all ingredients except onions and tomatoes. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with onions and tomatoes. Serve with crackers or pita bread triangles. Makes 2 cups. From: Steve Herrick Source: [Kraft]
