2 c All-purpose biscuit mix
-(Bisquick) 2/3 c Milk
1/2 c Quaker Oats (Quick or
-Old-Fashioned, uncooked) 1 Egg
2 tb Firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 ts Cinnamon
Topping: 2/3 c Quaker Oats *(quick or old
-fashioned, uncooked) 2/3 c Firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c Chopped nuts
1/4 c Butter or margarine, melted
1/2 ts Cinnamon
From: Quaker Oats WholeGrain Cookbook CoffeeCake: For coffee cake, combine all ingredients; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. For topping, combine all ingredients, mix well, Spread half of batter into greased 8-inch square baking dish; sprinkle half of topping over batter. Top with remaining batter and topping. Bake in preheated moderate oven (375) 35 to 40 minutes or til wooden pick comes out clean. Serve warm. Microwave directions: Cook in microwave oven at HIGH 6 to 7 minutes or til wooden pick comes out clean, rotating after 3 minutes of cooking.

Whole wheat coffee vanilla cake Ingredients-
1 and 1/2 cup whole wheat flour flour
1 cup white granulated sugar
1/2 cup curd at room temperature
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup hot water
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 Cocoa powder
1/4 Instant hot coffee
(We use 250 ml size cup to measure our ingredients )
Coffee Buttercream icing ingredients-
1 cup butter at room temperature
2 cup Icing sugar
1/4 cup warm milk
2 tbsp instant coffee powder

FULL RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
2 large eggs
1/3 cup honey
4 tablespoons coconut oil
130 gram, 5 Oz (1/2 cup) greek yogurt
2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 medium apples
1/2 cup chopped pecans
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Grate the apples. Chop the pecans; set aside.
2. Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C), and grease with oil a 9 inch loaf pan.
3. In a small bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and kosher salt. Mix and set aside.
4. In a large bowl, add 2 eggs and whisk. Add honey, coconut oil, greek yogurt and pure vanilla extract. Whisk.
5. Add the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
6. Add the grated apples and the chopped pecans to the batter. Mix gently.
7. Pour the batter on the loaf pan.
8. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean.
9. Let it cool in the pan for at least 20 minutes. Slice and serve. Enjoy :)

* You can use all purposed flour instead of whole wheat flour.
* You can place walnuts instead of pecans.

1 cup unsweetened applesauce, or preferred fruit-based fat replacement
2½ cups white sugar, divided use
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
4 whole eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour, preferably unbleached
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups sour cream
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
½ cup walnuts, toasted, chopped

0:09 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
0:12 Sift and combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
0:32 Combine the nuts, ½ cup of white sugar, and cinnamon. Set aside.

0:47 Using a bowl with the mixer attachment, cream 2 cups of white sugar and applesauce until the sugar is fully dissolved.

1:10 Once the wet mixture is made, fold it into the flour mixture until a smooth batter is formed.
1:18 Spread ⅓ of the batter around the greased cake tin and sprinkle ⅓ of the sugar mixture. Repeat accordingly until the last amount of the batter has been spread on top.
1:33 Transfer to a preheated oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes. Then, reduce the temperature to 300 degrees F and continue baking for 30 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean.
