1 tb Olive Oil
2 Onions chopped
4 Crushed garlic cloves or
2 Minced garlic
14 oz Can Tomato sauce
1/2 c Red wine (optional)
1 Sweet green pepper
1 ts Dried leaf basil
1/2 ts Leaf oregano
1/2 ts Rubbed sage
1/4 ts Dried chilies
1 c Cooked beef, or
Cooked pork, or Cooked Chicken Heat oil in a large saucpan set over medium heat. Add onions and garlic. Saute for 2 min. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and bring to a boil, stirring often. Then, reduce heat and simmer, stirring often for at least 5 min.

5. MINCED GARLIC - 2 -3 TEASPOONS
6. 1 - 6 OZ. CAN OF TOMATO PASTE
7. 1 CAN OF ROTEL MILD DICED TOMATOES & GREEN CHILIES
8. 1 JAR OF ROASTED GARLIC & HERB PASTA SAUCE
( ANY SAUCE OF YOUR CHOOSING CAN BE USED ALSO)
9. 1 - 16 OZ BOX OF SPAGHETTI
10. 1 PKG OF SPAGHETTI SAUCE MIX ( YOUR PREFERENCE)
11. 1 MEDIUM ONION & GREEN PEPPER - DICED
12. 2 TEASPOONS OF SUGAR ( OPTIONAL )
13. OLIVE OIL - 3 - 4 TBLS
14. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE ( NOT SHOWN IN VIDEO )
COOKING DIRECTIONS:
1. ADD OLIVE OIL TO A SKILLET ON MEDIUM HIGH HEAT
2. ADD DICED ONION & GREEN PEPPER - SAUTE UNTIL SOFT
3. ADD THE MINCED GARLIC - MIX WELL. PUT VEGGIE MIXTURE ASIDE.
4. IN A DUTCH OVEN OR DEEP POT -ON MEDIUM HIGH HEAT. ADD 2 TBLS OF OLIVE OIL.
5. ADD THE GROUND BEEF & BEGIN TO BROWN.
6. ADD 2 - 3 TBLS OF WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE . CONITNUE COOKING GROUND BEEF UNTIL NO LONGER PINK .
7. ADD THE SPAGHETTI SAUCE, TOMATO PASTE, SPAGHETTI SAUCE MIX, OREGANO, ITALIAN SEASONING, ONION & GARLIC POWDERS , BLACK PEPPER.
8. ADD THE RESERVED VEGGIE MIX. STIR UNTIL WELL COMBINED.
9. COVER THE POT & COOK ON MEDIUM LOW HEAT FOR 1 1/2 HOURS. STIR EVERY 15 TO 20 MINUTES.
10. AFTER 1 1/2 HOURS , TASTE & ADJUST YOUR SEASONINGS. ADD THE SUGAR & STIR WELL. ( OPTIONAL )
11. COVER & SIMMER ON LOW 1 TO 2 HOURS. CONTINUE TO STIR EVERY 20 MINUTES.
12. COOK THE PASTA ACCORDING TO THE PACKAGE INSTRUCTIONS.

Family Spaghetti Sauce Recipe
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg McCormick Thick & Zesty Spaghetti sauce mix
1 tsp iodized salt
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1 small can tomato paste
14.5 oz tomato sauce
14.5 oz water (or less if using homemade tomato sauce)
Brown beef with onion in pot. Drain fat. Add everything else and simmer 30 min or more. Or place everything into crockpot and cook on low a few hours (preferred).
