How To make Thick & Hearty Pizza Sauce
1 sm Onion, finely chopped
1 ea Garlic clove, minced
1 tb Oregano
1 tb Olive oil
1 sm Can tomato paste
1 ea 15 oz can tomato sauce
Saute onions, garlic & oregano in olive oil until the onions are translucent. Stir in remaining ingredients & simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat & allow to cool before using. Refrigerate or freeze remaining sauce in an air-tight container.

QUICK KETO PIZZA CASSEROLE! Cauliflower Pizza Casserole

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425
2. Prepare baking pan, with spray
3. Boil cauliflower bites for 8 minutes
4. Start cooking Italian sausage until just done.
5. In a pot add sauce ingredients cook over medium heat until it boils and reduce hit and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes
6. Once cauliflower is done, drain
7. Remove sausage and sauté mushrooms
8. In a large bowl add the cauliflower, cooked Italian sausage, mushrooms, and green peppers. Toss together until well mixed.
9. Spread half of the mixture in the casserole dish. Top with half of pasta sauce, followed by half of the pepperonis and some of mozzarella cheese.
10. Repeat
11. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
