For Serving:▪️1 lb. Spaghetti▪️Parmesan Cheese▪️Parsley▪️
️⃣ Preheat oven to 425F convection and grease a large baking sheet
️⃣ Combine the panko and milk in a small bowl and let soak for ~10 mins until the panko absorbs the milk
️⃣ In a large bowl, add the lean ground beef, hot Italian sausage, parsley, eggs, garlic, white wine, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and the panko + milk mixture; mix to combine
️⃣ Form into 2+1/2” balls, place on the greased baking sheet, and convection bake 18-20 mins until internal temp reaches 165F
️⃣ To make the sauce, sauté onions and garlic in olive oil with salt and pepper until onions are translucent (2-3 mins); add the San Marzano tomatoes (break them up with your hands as you put them in), Italian seasoning and wine; bring to a boil and cover and simmer for 25-30 mins
️⃣ Add the meatballs to the red sauce along with the pan drippings (scrape all the bits off the baking sheet and add to the sauce) and simmer on low, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is ready
️⃣ Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente and then transfer into a bowl and toss with a few ladlefuls of red sauce (you can add pasta water too if needed to thin it out a bit); serve with meatballs, parmesan, and parsley on top and enjoy!
