How To make Hawaiian Macadamia Nut Bites
1/2 c Softened butter
1/2 c Sugar
1 tb Vanilla extract
1/8 ts Salt
1 5 oz who macadamia nuts
1/4 c Semi sweet chocolate chips
1 ts Shortening
1 lg Egg
1 1/2 c All purpose flour
Preheat oven to 350F. In a large mixer bowl at low speed, beat butter and sugar until blended. Increase speed to medium-high, beat until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Beat in flour and salt. Shape 1 ts of dough around each Macadamia nut. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10 to 13 minutes or until golden around base of each cookie. Cool on wire racks. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and shortening. Drizzle over cookies. Store in a tightly covered container. Yields 5-1/2 dozen. -----

Hawaiian Style Macadamia Crusted Halibut - NoRecipeRequired.com
Halibut is one of my favorite fish to cook. In this recipe, I take a page from my trips to Maui, and use some Macadamia nuts for a crust, and pineapple juice for a simple beurre blanc sauce.
I need to give a tip of the hat to The Four Seasons, who's restaurant inspired my version. Originally made with Mahi Mahi, I find the halibut a bit more easily found, and the clean. light taste goes really well with the crust and sauce.
Best of all, nothing here takes too much time, and with a bit of prep work ahead of time, it's a fish recipe you can make in about 20 minutes. Hope you enjoy it!

No Churn Macadamia Nut Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
½ cup Maika’i Roasted Macadamia Nuts, finely chopped
Directions:
1. Pour heavy whipping cream into a bowl. Using a hand mixer, whisk on medium high until stiff peaks form.
2. To another bowl add condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
3. Gently fold 1 cup of the whipped cream into the condensed milk using a rubber spatula. Then fold the condensed milk mixture into the remainder of the whipped cream.
4. Pour in the chopped Maika’i Roasted Macadamia Nuts and gently mix to combine.
5. Pour ice cream into a loaf pan. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for about 2 hours for soft serve or 3 hours for a more firm, scoopable consistency.
