Chewy, fudgy, with a rich chocolate flavour these No-bake Vegan Brownie Bites are amazing and only take 5 minutes to make. This healthy no bake brownie bites recipe is Vegan and Gluten Free.
These vegan brownie bites are great as a quick snack, for sharing at parties or if you just love brownies!
Raw, No Bake Vegan Brownie Bites Recipe:
1 cup nuts (I use half walnuts and half almonds but any nut you like is fine!) 6 tbsp (30 g) raw cacao powder or cocoa powder 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional) 1 tsp salt 1 cup (225 g) soft dates (such as Medjool) (if you don't have Medjool dates simply soak your dates in hot water for 5 minutes before adding to the mix)

No Bake Brownie Balls
Recipe
100g almond meal 30g cocoa 60ml maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla 100g dark chocolate, melted 1 tbsp coconut oil
1. In a bowl mix together the almond meal, cocoa, maple syrup and vanilla until well combined. Roll into teaspoon size balls and place onto a lined cookie tray.
2. Place the ball into the freezer for 15 minutes to firm up. Once out of the freezer re roll the balls.
3. Melt the chocolate and stir through the coconut oil until combined. Coat the ball with the melted chocolate and place back on the tray, refrigerator until set.
