Brownie Bites | Brownies Balls | Brownies Truffles
These sweet, rich and moist brownies bites are perfect for any occasion. These are packed with flavor. I used pre made brownies for this. If you like to make yours from scratch, then go for it. It’s ideal for Iftar table, you can indulge in these little bites or two without feeling guilty.
Pre- made brownies
Couple tablespoons condensed milk
Chocolate chips
3 tablespoons heavy cream
1- Crush your brownies and gradually add condensed milk. Just enough to hold the brownies together.
2- Roll then into nice bite sized balls
3- freeze for 15 minutes.
4- Melt your chocolate chips in microwave at 10 sec intervals. Be mindful to prevent the chocolate from burning.
5- Heat up the heavy cream, just enough that it’s hot but not boiling. Gradually add it to melted chocolate and mix until smooth.
***Leave the chocolate bowl in a hot water bowl to keep it at the same consistency.
6- Dip each ball in melted chocolate and lay it on a tray.
7- Immediately add your toppings and let it set until chocolate hardens.

Dark chocolate 120g
butter 100g
all purpose flour 1 cup
Powdered sugar 1/4 cup
cocoa Powder 2tbsp
baking powder 1/2 tsp
milk 1/2 cup
vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
baking time in oven : preheated oven 170c & bake for 25 - 30 mins.
for chocolate ganache:
cocoa powder 1tbsp
flour 2tbsp
sugar 1/4 cup
milk 350ml
dark chocolate 80g
butter 60g
some white chocolate on top

-3 Tbsp sugar
-1 ½ Tbsps melted butter
-2 tbsp milk
1. *Microwave the flour in three or four 30-second increments, stirring between each one. Give it a mix and let it cool.
2. Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of flour and mix to form a dough.
3. Make 5 balls out of the dough and roll in powdered sugar.

How to Cook Brownies in a Cupcake Pan
Baking individual brownies in a cupcake pan is not only simple but the results can be served in many ways: with a scoop of melting ice cream, under a dollop of freshly whipped cream, or frosted to perfection. For this tutorial, we use a boxed brownie mix and include some tips for transforming the mix into the richest, most decadent cupcake-shaped brownies you've ever eaten.
*Note: If you prefer to make your brownies from scratch, here is the only homemade brownie recipe you'll need.
Things You'll Need
• Cupcake pan
• Baking spray with flour or cupcake liners
• Box of store-bought boxed brownie mix
• Optional: icing and sprinkles
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
When baking brownies in a cupcake pan instead of in a large pan, bump up the temperature for a perfect result. For example, the instructions on the store-bought brownie mix we used here called for baking at 350 degrees F, so we baked at 375 degrees F.
Step 2: Prepare the Pan
Since you'll be baking individual brownies, you want to be sure that your pans are greased thoroughly. Use a baking spray with flour to easily coat each cup quickly.
Step 3: Play Around With the Brownie Mix
To make a boxed brownie mix taste even more decadent, try one (or all!) of these following flavor boosters:
Substitute With Buttermilk: Replace the water or milk called for in the recipe with buttermilk. Its tanginess will match beautifully with the chocolate.
Double Up On the Chocolate: For an outrageous chocolate experience, add about 1/3 cup of chopped chocolate to your batter. Be sure to get the shavings in there too. They'll melt right into the brownies for another level of chocolate flavor.
Try a Little Coffee: Adding a teaspoon of brewed coffee brings out the chocolate in your entire batch of brownie cupcakes. It's delicious!
Step 4: Measure Each Scoop
To ensure that each brownie will be about the same size, ladle out the batter using a 1/4 measuring cup. Scoop out the batter with a small silicone spatula, right into the prepared cupcake pan. Each cup should be about 3/4 full.
Step 5: Bake Your Brownies
You'll only need to bake your cupcake brownies for 25 to 30 minutes. Keep an eye on them. When the tops are cracked and firm to the touch, they're done.
Step 6: Cool on a Wire Rack
One of the benefits of making brownies in a cupcake pan is how much easier they are to get out of the pan. Let the brownies cool for only 2 to 3 minutes before turning them out on a wire rack to cool completely before icing.

INGREDIENTS
Dry
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup cocoa powder
Wet
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
½ cup honey
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 banana
1 avocado
2 cups spinach
½ cup chocolate chips
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350˚F/180˚C.
2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
3. Blend eggs, vanilla, honey, yogurt, banana, avocado, and spinach until pureed.
4. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix just until combined. Then fold in chocolate chips.
5. Line muffin tin with baking cups/liners. Using an ice cream scooper or spoon, fill the muffin tin cups with the batter.
6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
7. Enjoy!
