How To make Lemon Bites
18 1/4 oz Pkg lemon cake mix
1 Egg
4 oz Container frozen non-dairy
-whipped topping, thawed 1/2 c Sifted confectioner's sugar
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, egg and topping. Batter will be very stiff. Drop by Teaspoons into confectioner's sugar. Roll into 1" balls, using sugar to keep dough from sticking to hands. Place balls of dough 2" apart on greased baking sheet. Bakle for 10-12 minutes or until light brown on bottom. Citrus fruits being the only ones who can take you through an entire emotion of bitter, sweet and sour let’s get started with our candy making recipe to trat our taste buds already:
Ingredients:
- Oranges /Lemons
- Ice water
- Sugar
- Water
- Granulated sugar
Preparation :
• Slice 2 numbers of lemons/ oranges and cook for 5 to 6 minutes in water.
• Remove them and place them in a bowl of ice water.
• Take 1 ½ cup of sugar and add them in water on a pan.
• Slowly start placing the slices of lemons/oranges and cook them for 40minutes.
• Remove the slices separately on a grilled surface and let it dry for upto 24 hours until completely dry.
• Now coat them with granulated sugar and go all in!!!

Lemon bars are one of the EASIEST desserts to make but oh so delicious. I love the soft lemon filling paired with a crisp shortbread crust and the flavor is beyond; so bright and zingy with all the lemon flavor from the juice and zest, they’re simply irresistible!

I like my lemon squares with a really soft top and a crisp bottom but you can adjust bakiing times to your liking. Hope you enjoy!

Here's a mochi version of the classic lemon tart dessert. These are so soft and chewy, yet crispy at the same time. Hurry up and make this - you won't be disappointed!
◽️1/2 cup whole milk
▫️1/2 cup white sugar
▫️1 tbsp unsalted butter
▫️2 tbsp lemon juice
▫️yellow food coloring (optional)
▫️1/2 cup Mochiko sweet rice flour
▫️1/4 tsp baking powder
▫️powdered sugar for dusting after cooked (optional)

Lemon Cheesecake Bites
Here is what you'll need!
Ingredients
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (7 graham crackers)
1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
12 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup sour cream
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Blueberries & raspberries (to garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C
Place baking cups in cupcake tin
In medium bowl combine graham crackers, brown sugar, and melted butter and stir to coat
Divide mixture and press into baking cups
Freeze crusts for 12-15 minutes or until hard
Stir cream cheese until smooth
Add granulated sugar, mix again, then add sour cream and mix
Add 1 egg at a time then add vanilla extract and lemon juice, stir until smooth
Fill chilled baking cups with cheesecake mixture
Bake for 20-22 minutes or until centers are firm
Remove and allow to cool for 15 minutes
Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or eat room temperature
Garnish with raspberries and blueberries
