How To make Grilled Shrimp with Lemon& Chive Pasta
6 oz SEAFOOD MARINADE
2 tb White wine
12 lg Shrimp -- peeled and
-cleaned 1 lg Red pepper, seeded
-& cut in 1/2 1 lg Sweet Italian pepper
-seeded & cut in 1/2 1 md Sweet or Vidalia onion
-peeled & 1/4ed 7 oz FETA CHEESE, crumbled
4 oz BLACK OLIVES, pitted &
-cut in 1/2 16 oz LEMON & CHIVE PASTA,
-cooked al dente 1 tb Lemon juice
Toss MARINADE, white wine, cut peppers and onion with shrimps and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Preheat grill or broiler and cook peppers and onions until done (about 15 minutes). Grill shrimps 2 minutes on each side, brushing with MARINADE. Cut grilled peppers & onions in strips and grilled shrimps in quarters. Toss shrimps, peppers and onion with FETA CHEESE, BLACK OLIVES, LEMON & CHIVE PASTA and lemon juice, adding some of the MARINADE. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Ingredients:
- ¾ lb penne (cook as directed in salty water)
- 1 can Dry Fly Bloody Mary
- 4 TBL butter
- 5 cloves garlic chopped
- 8 leaves basil chiffonade
- 6 oz heavy cream
- 4 TBL Tomato Paste
- Shaved parmesan
- Chives
*Optional*
- ⅔ lb uncooked deveined shrimp
- ½ can Dry Fly Bloody Mary
- 2 TBL Spiceology Bloody Mary Seasoning
Directions:
- Cook pasta according to package in salted water and set aside
- *Optional* Marinate shrimp in seasoning and bloody mary for approx. 30 minutes then remove from marinade
- In large pan over medium/medium-high heat, add butter, garlic and shrimp, and basil, cook for 3 minutes then flip shrimp
- Add bloody mary, tomato paste, cook another 3 minutes. Remove shrimp and set aside
- Add cream, cook another 3 minutes
- Add pasta and cook for 3 minutes
- Remove from heat and toss with parmesan cheese.
- Plate the pasta, top with shrimp, chives and parmesan cheese.
Bloody Mary
Ingredients:
- 2 oz of vodka
- 1/2 tsp horseradish
- 5.5 fl oz (1 can) of tomato juice
- Pinch of celery salt
- Dash of Tabasco hot sauce
- Dash of Worcestershire
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to shaker and shake well
- Salt rim of glass
- Add ice to glass
- Pour drink from shaker into the glass
- Enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 2 oz of gin
- Healthy pinch of basil
- Pinch of sage
- 1 Lemon
- ½ Lime
- Jalapeno salt
Directions:
- Add basil, sage, gin, lemon & lime to shaker, then shake well
- Rim your glass with jalapeno salt
- Strain your drink from shaker into glass
- Enoy!
