Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp / Easy Recipe / #withme
Today we will be going step by step to show you; how to make a delicious Bacon- Wrapped Shrimp. From start to finish. @Handsoncooking
Yields - 20 /// Prep Time -10 mins /// Total Time - 30 mins
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. shrimp (about 20 pieces), peeled and de veined, with tails still on
- 10 pieces of thick-cut bacon, cut into thirds
- 4 tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
DIRECTIONS
1) Peeled and de-veined, Shrimp with tails still on.
2) Cut 10 slices of bacon in half to make 20 pieces.
3) In a small bowl, mix together butter, maple syrup, and chili powder.
4) Preheat oven to 400°. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil. Wrap each shrimp with a piece of bacon, and Place shrimp on prepared pan.
5) Brush shrimp with about half of the maple butter sauce. Bake for 15 minutes or until bacon is crisp and shrimp is cooked.
6) Brush with remaining maple butter and broil 3 minutes.
7) ENJOY!!!!!!

This we I'm making bacon wrapped smoked shrimp on my Pit Boss Pellet Grill and topping it with The Razzled Meerkat hot sauce from Krakin Chillies. If you're in New Zealand and want to get hold of this sauce head over to chillies.co.nz or if your overseas and can't get any just use you're favourite hot sauce.
This shrimp recipe is super easy and is ready in about 30 mins on the grill and a really good appetizer, main or party food to share.
