✅Ingredients
• 1 pound jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon dried basil
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
✅Instructions
1️⃣ In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, and lemon juice.
2️⃣ Add the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper, and toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
3️⃣ Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
4️⃣ Thread the shrimp onto skewers or place them directly in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don't fall through the grates.
5️⃣ Cook the shrimp for 7-8 minutes, or until they are no longer translucent and have reached an internal temperature of 145°F.
6️⃣ Serve the shrimp hot as a main dish or appetizer.

I love this shrimp scampi pasta recipe! Buttery, zesty and so satisfying… If you want to add more lemon wine butter and garlic to this recipe I certainly won’t stop you!
I love using spaghetti but if you want to sub in your favorite pasta to make linguini shrimp scampi for example then go ahead! If you’d like to try making your own pasta from scratch
ABOUT THE SHRIMP
I bought some super-fresh jumbo shrimp to make this dish and they made all the difference! Don’t use frozen precooked shrimp to make this recipe, the taste and texture will be subpar.
Cleaning, or deveining shrimp can seem a bit intimidating so I wanted to go over the process.
Start by removing the shell. You can peel it off from the bottom where the little swimmeretes are.
Once the shell is removed use a small knife to make a roughly 1/4″ deep cut down the top of the shrimp.
Now you should be able to see a small vein which you can pull out using your fingers.
That’s it! If you’re having difficulty you can cut a bit deeper and use a knife to help remove the “vein” which is actually the shrimp’s digestive tract.

Grilled Tandoori Citrus Shrimp for a unique recipe today! ???? ???? ???? ???? ????
It's the middle of the week and I want to do something different. So, I am marinating shrimp in a tandoori citrus yogurt marinade. I have done this one chicken before, but I think it will turn out great on shrimp. I was not disappointed! Only marinated for 15 minutes so we don’t over tenderize the shrimp, we cooked this over high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until they were crispy. So dang delicious!

Where's The Garlic? You can add garlic if u want. But it tasted so good I didn’t have to add the garlic. lol If u add garlic, u can add 1 clove of garlic.
Lemon-Herb Garlic Butter Shrimp Recipe
1 lb jumbo shrimp
avocado oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste
3-4 sprigs of fresh parsley
1 sprig of fresh oregano
1sprig of fresh thyme
1 sprig of fresh rosemary
1/2 lemon zest
4 tbsp butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Add a 1/2 stick of butter to a bowl
Finely chop the parsley, oregano, thyme, and rosemary
Zest a lemon
Add the chopped ingredients to the butter along with the lemon zest
Add a pinch of salt and pepper
Combine all of the ingredients using the back of a spoon.
Season the shrimp lightly with salt, ground black pepper, and combine.
Add oil to a skillet, and once the skillet becomes hot add the shrimp.
Cook on both sides until the shrimp become pink.
Add the herb-infused compound butter to the shrimp during the last 1-2 minutes of the cooking process and combine.
