How To make Green Beans Supreme
1 lb Green beans; fresh, trimmed
-and french cut 1 c Water
1/2 lb Mushrooms; fresh, sliced
3 tb Butter
1/2 c Ham; chopped
ds Nutmeg 1/4 c Parmesan; grated
1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Butter
1 c Heavy cream
1 Egg
1 Lemon; juice of
Salt; to taste Pepper; to taste Cook green beans in salted water using the 1/2 teaspoon salt in covered pot until crisp tender. Drain. In skillet, suate sliced mushrooms in 2 tablespoons butter. Add mushrooms to green beans using slotted spoon. Add 3 tablespoons butter and cream to beans and cook, uncovere, on low heat
until absorbed. In a small bowl, beat egg, nutmeg, lemon juice and grated parmesan cheese. Stir ham into green beans and mushrooms and heat through. Mix egg mixture in and remove form heat. 6 servings

Smothered Green Beans
These green beans are so delicious and so easy to put together. Great for a gathering or any holiday. I hope you'll try and enjoy them!! The simple recipe is below:

Preheat oven to 350
In an ungreased 9 x 13 casserole add 5 cans of cut green beans that have been drain and washed.
Cook 1 lb. of bacon until almost done...drain the bacon and sprinkle on top of the beans in a uniform fashion
In a separate bowl mix 4 tblsp. of melted butter, 4 tblsp. of reduced sodium soy sauce, 1-1/2 tsp of garlic powder and 2/3 of a cup of packed brown sugar (I used light brown)
Pour this over the bacon and green beans and bake, uncovered in the center of your oven for 40 minutes. Enjoy!!!

This green bean casserole recipe is a staple in our house for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter as well as anytime my children can convince me to cook it for them. We love green bean dishes, but this is our favorite! There are only 3 ingredients in the recipe, cream of mushroom soup, green bean cans, and fried onions. You can prepare this dish and have it on the table in 30 minutes!
I love homemade dishes, but this one is in my quick and easy category by using canned ingredients that you can have ready in your pantry for even a last minute dinner option. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does!

Stuffing Green Bean Casserole
Cheesy green bean casserole topped with stove-top stuffing mix.
Ingredients:
2 ( 15 oz.) cans green beans, drained
1 ( 10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 ( 10 oz.) box stove top stuffing mix
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare stove top stuffing mix according to package directions. In a small greased baking dish, combine cream of mushroom soup and milk. Stir in drained green beans.
Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Top with prepared stuffing mix over the cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
