Savory Monkey Bread | Cooking | Sara Loz
I saw a TikTok video of someone making monkey bread and I really wanted to see if I could make the savory version. Here is what I came up with. No real recipe.
Recipe?:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Melt a stick of butter and add one clove of garlic or some garlic salt
3. Cut the Grands layers into 1/4s and roll them into balls
4. Coat each dough ball in the butter mixture
5. Butter bundt pan
6. Create your rub in a plastic bag and coat all of the dough balls
(I added: Pepper, Cheddar cheese, Paprika, Green Onions, Parmesan Cheese, Garlic Salt)
7. Put all of the coated dough balls in the butter bundt pan
8. Bake in oven for 30-35 mins or until golden brown
9. Let cool for at least 10 mins
10. Flip over onto plate or cutting board and serve
