- 1 heaped cup of penne pasta
- 1 tsp salt in boiling water (for cooking the pasta)
Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water for the sauce.
For the Spicy Sauce:
- 1/2 finely chopped onion
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- 6 to 7 tbsp heavy cream
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp sugar (granulated)
- 1/2 tbsp butter (i used salted)
- 2 tbsp Grated Mozzarella cheese
- 2-3 freshly chopped basil leaves

Ingredients:
-Water as required
-Mario’s pasta Strips Alfredo 250g
-Cold water as required
Prepare Grilled Chicken:
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 2 tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Chicken fillets 350g
Prepare Alfredo Sauce:
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Mushrooms sliced 1 Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Cream 1 Cup
-Doodh (Milk) 2 & ½ Cups
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tbs
-Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) 1/8 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
-Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
-In a pot,add water and bring it to boil.
-Add Mario’s pasta strips alfredo,mix well and boil for 5-7 minutes then strain & rinse with tap water & set aside.
Prepare Grilled Chicken:
-In a bowl,add garlic paste,lemon juice,cooking oil,black pepper powder,dried oregano,salt & mix well.
-Add chicken fillets & mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes.
-Grease cast iron grill pan with oil,place marinated fillets and grill on low flame until done (4-5 minutes each side),let it rest for 1 minute then cut in cubes & set aside.
Prepare Alfredo Sauce:
-In a wok,add butter,olive oil and let it melt.
-Add mushrooms and fry for 2 minutes.
-Add garlic & mix well for a minute.
-Add cream and mix well.
-Add milk and mix well.
-Add black pepper crushed,garlic powder,white pepper powder,dried oregano,chicken powder, nutmeg powder,salt,whisk well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add cheddar cheese & mix well until cheese melts.
-Now add grilled chicken cubes,fresh parsley & mix well.
-Add strips alfredo boiled & give it a good mix.
-Garnish with fresh parsley & serve!

-Cast iron grill pan ko oil sa grease karein aur marinated fillets ko grill ker lein (4-5 minutes each side),ek minute kliye rest dein phir cubes mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Alfredo Sauce:
-Karahi mein makhan aur olive oil dal ker melt ker lein.
-Mushrooms dal ker 2 minutes kliya fry karein.
-Lehsan dal ker ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Doodh shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Kali mirch crushed,lehsan powder,safed mirch powder,dried oregano,chicken powder,jaifil powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Cheddar cheese dal dein aur melt ho janay tak ache tarhan mix karein.
-Ab grilled chicken cubes aur fresh parsley dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Strips alfredo boiled dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Fresh parsley sa garnish ker ka serve karein!

Spicy Chicken Pasta | Serves 2
????INGREDIENTS????
Chicken:
1x 9oz/250g Chicken Breast, at room temp
2 tsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Pasta:
7oz / 200g Linguine (or other long cut pasta)
2/3 cup / 160ml Heavy/Double Cream
1/3 cup / 80ml Chicken Stock
1/4 cup / 60ml Dry White Wine
1oz / 30g Parmesan, finely grated
6 (2oz/60g) Sun Dried Tomatoes, finely diced
2 tbsp Tomato Puree (tomato paste in US)
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, finely diced
1 small Onion, finely diced
1 tsp Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
Salt & Pepper, to taste
????METHOD????
In a small bowl, combine 2 tsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika and cayenne pepper, and 1/4 tsp salt and black pepper.
Butterfly your chicken breast right the way through to make 2 even sized breasts. Coat in spicy marinade.
Place in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry for 3mins each side, or until nicely charred and just cooked through the centre (depending on thickness may take more or less time). Place to one side and when ready, slice into thin strips, ensuring you slice against the natural grain of the chicken and at a slight angle.
Turn heat down to medium and melt in 1 tbsp butter, scraping off the flavour from the chicken with a wooden spoon. Add your onion and fry until it begins to soften and pick up colour. Add 1 tsp garlic, fry for 1-2mins longer, then add 1/2 tsp chilli flakes. Fry for 1 min longer, then add sun dried tomatoes. Fry for another minute just to soften them, then pour in 1/4cup/60ml dry white wine. Allow the wine to completely reduce (important to burn off the alcohol, should take 5 or so mins).
Meanwhile, add 7oz/200g pasta to salted boiling water and cook until al dente. Retain a cup of starchy pasta water towards the end of cooking.
Add 2 tbsp tomato puree to the pan. Fry this for 2mins (important to sweeten the taste) then deglaze the pan with 1/3cup/80ml chicken stock. Pour in 2/3cup/160ml heavy/double cream and season to taste with salt & pepper.
Use pasta tongs to add pasta in and toss to combine. Add 1oz/30g freshly grated parmesan, 1 tbsp fresh parsley and your chicken strips. Toss again to coat, using your starchy pasta water to thin out if needed.

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
Prepare Garlic & Pepper Sauce:
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ¼ Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ tbs
-Water 2 & ½ Cups or as required
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Brown sugar powdered 1 & ½ tbs
-Kali mirch (Black peppercorns) freshy crushed 1 tbs
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Dark soy sauce 1 tbs
Prepare Garlic Fried Rice:
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
-Thai red chillies sliced 2-3
-Chawal (Rice) 2 Cups boiled with salt
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Fresh parsley chopped 1-2 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
Directions:
Prepare Grilled Chicken:
-Make cuts on chicken fillets & set aside.
-In a bowl,add soy sauce,vinegar,salt,garlic powder,black pepper powder & mix well.
-Add chicken fillets,mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-On a cast iron pan,add cooking oil,marinated chicken fillets with marination & grill on medium flame until done (5-6 minutes each side) & set aside.
Prepare Garlic & Pepper Sauce:
-In the same cast iron pan,add cooking oil,garlic & mix well.
-Add onion & sauté until translucent.
-Add all-purpose flour & cook for a minute.
-Add water & mix well.
-Add green chilli paste,salt,brown sugar,black pepper crushed,soy sauce,dark soy sauce,mix well & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes & set aside.
Prepare Garlic Fried Rice:
-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic thai red chillies & fry until light golden.
-Add rice & mix well.
-Add black pepper crushed,chicken powder,fresh parsley & mix well.
-Heat sizzler pan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add garlic fried rice,stir fried vegetables,creamy mashed potato,chicken fillets,garlic & pepper sauce & serve!
