How To make Festove Irish Cream Cheesecake
1 c Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Margarine, melted
1 ea Env. Unflavored Gelatin
1/2 c Cold Water
1 c Sugar
3 ea Large Eggs, Separated
16 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
2 T Cocoa
2 T Bourbon
1 c Whipping Cream, Whipped
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Soften gelatin in water, stir over low heat until dissolved. Blend in 3/4 cup sugar and beaten egg yolks; cook stirring constantly, over low heat, 3 minutes. Combine cream cheese and cocoa, mixing at medium speed on
electric mixer until well blended. Gradually add gelatin mixture and bourbon, mixing until well blended. Chill until thickened, but not set. Beat egg whites until foamy; gradually adding the remaining sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites and whipped cream into cheese mixture and pour over crust. Chill until firm. Garnish with chocolate curls and small silver candy balls, if desired. VARIATION: Substitute 2 T cold coffee for bourbon.

Gotham City Cocktails:
BAILEYS BANANA BAHLSEN
1 oz/30 ml Dry Gin
1 oz/30 ml Baileys
.5 oz/15 ml Banana Liqueur
3.5 oz/105 ml Milk (2%)
Method
1. Add ice to your glass of choice.
2. Add all ingredients and stir.
3. Garnish with chocolate syrup.
BAILEYS LATTE
5 oz/150 ml Hot Milk
3 oz/90 ml Espresso
2 oz/60 ml Baileys
Method
1. Build in glass in order if ingredients listed.
2. Garnish with Grated Nutmeg.
FLAT WHITE MARTINI
1 oz/30 ml Vodka
1 oz/30 ml Espresso
2 oz/30 ml Baileys
Method
1. Add all ingredients to The Shaker Tin.
2, Shake with ice for 15 seconds.
3. Fine strain into a Martini Glass.
4. Garnish with 3 Coffee Beans.

5-Ingredient Amarula Cheesecake
This little treat will make the BIGGEST difference to your festive table ????
Serves 16
INGREDIENTS
1 pack (200g) coconut biscuits
⅓ cup melted butter
1 kg double cream plain yoghurt
1 tin (385g) sweetened condensed milk
⅓ cup Amarula Cream Liqueur Raspberry, Chocolate and African Baobab Flavour
Serving suggestion:
Raspberries
METHOD
1. Line a medium dish (23x30cm) with baking paper.
2. Add the biscuits to a resealable bag and crush using the Amarula bottle. Sprinkle the biscuit crumbs into the greased dish and stir through the melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the base of the dish. Refrigerate until needed.
3. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the yoghurt with the condensed milk. Pour in the Amarula Cream Liqueur and whisk to mix.
4. Microwave the mixture on high for about 1½ minutes. Remove the bowl and whisk vigorously. Microwave the mixture for another 1-1½ minutes and whisk again until smooth. *Chef’s Tip: Ensure not to overcook the mixture in the microwave. This recipe was tested in a 900W microwave.
5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the biscuit base and refrigerate overnight until set.
6. When set, remove the Amarula cheesecake from the fridge and cut into evenly-sized squares using a knife dipped in hot water.
7. Serve with fresh raspberries and ENJOY!
