How To make Festive Irish Cream Cheesecake
1 c Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Margarine, melted
1 Env. Unflavored Gelatin
1/2 c Cold Water
1 c Sugar
3 Large Eggs, Separated
16 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
2 T Cocoa
2 T Bourbon
1 c Whipping Cream, Whipped
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Soften gelatin in water, stir over low heat until dissolved. Blend in 3/4 cup sugar and beaten egg yolks; cook stirring constantly, over low heat, 3 minutes. Combine cream cheese and cocoa, mixing at medium speed on
electric mixer until well blended. Gradually add gelatin mixture and bourbon, mixing until well blended. Chill until thickened, but not set. Beat egg whites until foamy; gradually adding the remaining sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites and whipped cream into cheese mixture and pour over crust. Chill until firm. Garnish with chocolate curls and small silver candy balls, if desired. VARIATION: Substitute 2 T cold coffee for bourbon.

Baileys Recipe Unfudged | Baileys Dreamy No-Bake Cheesecake
Made a dry cake? Don’t waste it, the base is ideal for a delicious no-bake cheesecake dessert with this Baileys recipe. All you need to whip up this Baileys cheesecake recipe is Baileys Irish Cream, dollops of cream cheese, double cream, and icing sugar. Recipe:
1 x 8-inch dry cake
600g cream cheese
125ml baileys, plus 1-2 extra teaspoons of Baileys
500ml double cream (300ml for cheesecake, 200ml for top)
50 icing sugar
3 tbsp Salted caramel
20g salted Pretzels
20g cinema sweet Popcorn
Cut the bottom 1.5cm cm from the cake. Lay inside a lined 8” springform tin. Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the baileys, 400ml of the double cream and the icing sugar and beat again until a spoon can stand upright in the mixture. Spoon onto the cake, level out with a spatula and refrigerate for 4 hours. Whip the remaining cream until soft peaks form and dollop on top of the cheesecake. Top with the popcorn and pretzels. Mix the salted caramel with 1-2 tsps of Baileys and drizzle over the cheesecake to serve.

The ingredients used in Baileys are Gluten free. On the basis of this and to the best of our knowledge there are no traces of Gluten in Baileys. As we are not qualified to give medical advice persons requiring a Gluten free diet should consult their medical adviser before consuming Baileys.
Recipe Ingredients list :
Ingredients for the Crust
1 cup gluten free flour blend
¼ cup cocoa
½ cup walnuts pulverized
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 stick butter
½ cup sugar
Ingredients for the Cheesecake
5 packages of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, 40oz
1 cup of sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup Bailey's Irish cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
Ingredients for the Topping
4 oz baileys or heavy cream
6 oz dark chocolate
Step By Step Irish Bailey's cream cheesecake With recipe
Ingredients for a 9-inch cheesecake:
250g Digestive Biscuits
125g of Melted Butter
350g of Soft Cream Cheese
125g Icing Sugar
2tbspof Baileys Irish Cream
Method
Gently melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the crushed biscuits and mix until the butter has been absorbed. Remove from the heat.
While it's still warm, press the mixture (using the back of a spoon) into the bottom of a lined 23cm/9inch springform or flan tin. Leave to set for one hour in the fridge.
While it is chilling in the fridge, grate the chocolate. If your kitchen is warm, you should pop the gratings in the fridge, too.
Refrigerate and allow to set for at least two hours. If you can bear to leave it overnight, so much the better.
