How To make Easy Fudgey Pudding Cake
1 c All-purpose biscuit baking
-mix 1/4 c Hershey's cocoa
14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
; not evaporated Divided 3/4 c Hershey's syrup; divided
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Hot water
Whipped topping; or Ice cream Recipe by: Borden, Hershey Heat the oven to 375F. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan. In a medium bowl, combine the baking mix and cocoa; stir in 1 cup of the sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 cup of the syrup and the vanilla until blended. Spoon evenly into the prepared pan. In a small bowl, combine the remaining condensed milk, remaining syrup and the hot water. Pour the liquid mixture carefully over the top of the mixture in the pan; DO NOT STIR. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the center is set and the cake starts to pull away from the sides of the pan. Let stand for about 15 minutes. Spoon into dessert dishes, spooning the pudding from the bottom of the pan over the top. Serve warm garnished with whipped topping or ice cream, if desired. Refrigerate any leftovers. Makes 4 to 6 servings -----

Easy Chocolate Cobbler/ Hot Fudge Chocolate Pudding Cake/ Molten Chocolate Cake/Spicegenics
CHOCOLATE COBBLER:
Ingredients:
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - 5 Tbsp
Sugar - 1 Cup
All-Purpose Flour/Maida - 1 Cup
Baking Powder - 1 Tsp
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - 2 Tbsp
Salt - 1/4 Tsp
Sugar - 3/4 Cup
Instant Coffee Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Water - 1 Tbsp
Vanilla Essence - 1 Tsp
Melted Butter - 1/4 Cup
Milk (Room Temp:) - 1/2 Cup
Boiling Hot Water - 1 1/4 Cups
Method:
Grease an oven-safe pan with butter and keep aside.
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C for 10 min.
Mix 1 cup sugar and 5 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder in a bowl and keep aside.
Take another bowl and mix All purpose flour, Baking powder, Salt, Unsweetened cocoa powder, and sugar without any lumps.
Mix Instant Coffee Powder and 1 Tbsp water in a small bowl and add to the flour mix. This is optional but it will enhance the chocolate flavour.
Add 1 Tsp Vanilla essence, 1/4 cup melted butter (salted/unsalted), 1/2 cup room temp: milk to the dry ingredients and mix well without any lumps.
Transfer the batter to the greased pan and level the top with a spatula.
You can use any shape of an oven-safe pan for baking the cobbler.
Sprinkle the sugar and cocoa mix on top of the batter. DO NOT MIX WITH BATTER. Just sprinkle over the batter.
Pour 1 1/4 cups boiling hot water over the topping. DO NOT STIR
Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until the top is set in a preheated oven.
The bottom of the cobbler will still be a little loose.
Cool for 15 - 20 minutes before serving.
Serve warm with Ice cream.
Without Ice cream also cobbler tastes good.
You can store the cobbler in an air tight container in the refrigerator for 3 - 5 days OR in the freezer for up to 2 months.
Thaw the cobbler and reheat before serving.

1 1/4 Cups Sugar, DIVIDED
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
7 TBS Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 TSP Baking Powder
1/4 TSP Salt
1/2 Cup Milk
1/3 Cup Butter, Melted
1 1/2 TSP Vanilla
1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 1/4 Cups Hot Water
Set oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine 3/4 cups sugar, flour, 3 TBS cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Blend in milk, butter and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour batter into a 8 or 9 in square ungreased baking pan. Stir together remaining 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar and remaining 4 TBS cocoa powder. Sprinkle mixture evenly over batter. Pour hot water over top and DO NOT MIX. Bake 35-40 minutes or until center is almost set. Let stand 15 minutes. Spoon into dessert dishes spooning sauce on bottom over top. Serve with ice cream and/or whipped cream if desired.
