How To make Quick& Easy Fudgey Brownies
4 oz Hershey's Baking Chocolate
-(Unsweetened) -broken into pieces 3/4 c Butter or margarine
2 c Sugar
3 Eggs
1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1 c All-purpose flour
1 c Chopped nuts (optional)
OPTIONAL:
FROSTING (recipe follows) 3 oz Hershey's Baking Chocolate
-(Unsweetened) -broken into pieces 1 c Miniature marshmallows
1/2 c Butter or margarine
- softened 1/3 c Milk
2 1/2 c Powdered sugar
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan. In large microwave-safe bowl,
place chocolate and butter. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until chocolate is melted and
mixture is smooth when stirred. Add sugar; stir with spoon until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add flour and nuts, if desired; stir until well blended. Spread into prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Frost with QUICK & EASY CHOCOLATE FROSTING, if desired. Cut into squares. About 24 brownies. Quick & Easy Chocolate Frosting In medium saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate, stirring constantly. Add marshmallows; stir frequently until melted. (Mixture will be very thick and will pull away from sides of pan). Spoon mixture into small mixer bowl; beat in butter. Gradually add milk, beating until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat to desired consistency. About 2-1/4 cups frosting. Hershey's is a registered trademark of Hershey Foods Corporation. Our brownie is fudgy that means it has more fat ratio than flour ratio! A cakey brownie would have more flour than fat ! Fat is nothing but butter/chocolate!
These are simply irresistible chocolate brownie, they are so gooey and delicious! You can’t really have one ! This is a small quantity bake, ideally would serve 3-4, but actually you can’t resist finishing up it on your own ????????????????

Easy Fudgey Brownies
Fat Cat recreated the fudgey brownies from Buttermilk Pantry’s blackout brownies recipe using a muffin pan, and loves it to bits! This recipe is inspired by Singapore’s famous bakery, BUNDT by The Backyard Bakers.
It is really easy to make and tastes so yummy! Remember to use fan mode (convection setting) and not to overbake.

Here’s the ingredients: (credit: Buttermilk Pantry,
90g unsalted butter
55g 70% dark chocolate
50g white sugar
50g brown sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 large egg cold from fridge
16g dutch cocoa power (dark) [I used light brown]
16g black cocoa powder (extra dark)
1/2 tsp coffee powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
26g all purpose flour
Toppings (Optional):
Nutella
Chopped hazelnuts [I used chopped macadamia nuts]
Sea salt flakes

No electric beater required only hand whisk.
Ingredients:
- 5 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 Tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/8 Tsp baking soda
-1/4 Tsp salt
-1 Tbsp cornflour
-1/4 cup chocolate chips
Method:
Mix all wet ingredients. Slowly and gradually fold in dry ingredients. Don’t overmix.
Bake at 165 degree celcius for 40 minutes in a fan forced oven.

INGREDIENTS:
- Cannabutter
- Cannaoil
- Sugar
- Brown Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- Vanilla extract
- Salt
- Flour
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- Roughly chopped chocolate or chocolate chips (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine melted cannabutter that has been cooled down, cannaoil and sugars together in a large bowl
- Whisk until smooth
- Add the eggs and vanilla and beat until lighter in colour (about a minute)
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder and salt
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined
(DO NOT OVER MIX)
- Fold in 3/4 cup of the chocolate pieces or chips
- Pour batter into a baking pan and smooth the top out evenly
and top with remaining chocolate pieces
- Bake for 25-30 minutes
- Let the brownies rest for at least 1 hr and 30 minutes to 2 hours before cutting and ENJOY!
