1 cn Crescent Rolls (8 rolls) -Short-Cuts
1/2 pk Perdue Italian Style 1 tb Pizza Quick Sauce
Seperate the 8 crescent roll triangles. Mix the sauce and the chicken, and divide the mixture equally among the triangles. Pinch closed the triangles so that chicken is completely surrounded. Bake for 20 minutes at 375. Easy and delicious! The Chef's Comments: "Today we made a nice, simple but delicious lunch. Cooking time was about 20 minutes, but the prep time was minimal. This easy snack is , everyone’s favourite. You can make this in no time to have it as a meal with some mashed potatoes or as a snack at tea time. The combination of chicken, cheese, onions in flaky puff pastry is really wonderful. You can make a filling ahead of time , then assemble just before you eat or serve.

Boneless chicken: 250g
Milk: 30 ml
Flour: 1 tbsps
Paprika powder: 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder: 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
Corriander powder: 1/2 tsp
Black pepper: 1/2 tsp

Ketchup: 1 tbsp
Soya sauce: 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce: 1 tbsp
Oil: 1 tbsp
Onion: 1 small chopped
Ready made puff pastry sheet
Cheese to taste

Note: when baking don’t open the oven door other it will deflate.
You can freeze these after egg wash. Then bake straight away by placing in baking tray. Only 10 minutes increase in baking time like 30/35 minutes ..
Grease the baking tray while baking otherwise stick on bottom or use parchment paper before placing puff pastry.

Ingredients:
-Oil 2tbs
-Onion chopped 1 medium
-Chicken boiled and shredded 1 & 1/2 cup
-Salt 1/4 tsp
-White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
-Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
-Chinese salt 1/4 tsp
-Chicken powder 1/4 tsp
-All-purpose flour 2 tbs
-Milk 1/2 cup
-Puff pastry sheets as required
-Egg 1
Directions:
-In a pan, add oil , onion and cook until translucent.
-Add chicken, salt, white pepper powder, black pepper powder, chinese salt, chicken powder and mix well.
-Add all-purpose flour and cook for 2 minutes.
-Add milk and cook until milk dries. Let it cool.
-Take ready made puff pastry sheets, cut with the help of a cookie cutter, egg wash, chicken filling, put another piece on top, gently press to seal and egg wash again. place chicken puffs/ patties in a baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200c for 20-25 minutes.
-Chicken puff pastry is ready!
