Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry Noodles Recipe - Easy Chicken Stir Fry Noodles
A delicious Chicken and vegetable stir fry noodles that will make you ditch take outs. This chicken and vegetable stir fry noodles is better than take out good, packed with all the flavors. Easy Chicken stir fry noodles that comes together with very little effort, healthier and less expensive than take out stir fry noodles.

INGREDIENTS
1 and 1/2 lbs chicken thighs
2 Tbs soy sauce (to marinate the chicken)
2 Tbs rice wine vinegar
3 Tbs honey
1 tsp each garlic and onion powder
2 Tbs freshly chopped parsley
3 Tbs corn starch
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp minced ginger
3 cups cut up broccoli
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
3 packs ramen noodles (THROW OUT SEASONINGS)
3 Tbs oyster sauce
1 Tbs soy sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 Tbs brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped scallions
1 Tbs toasted sesame oil

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
Marination:
Chicken Breast (चिकन ब्रेस्ट) - 500gm
Ginger Powder (अदरक पाउडर) - ½ tsp
Garlic Powder (लहसुन पाउडर) - ½ tsp
Onion Powder (प्याज पाउडर) - ½ tsp
Black Pepper (काली मिर्च) - ½ tsp
Paprika (पैप्रिका पाउडर) - ½ tsp
Corn Flour (मक्के का आटा) - ½ tsp
Salt (नमक) - ½ tsp
Sauce:
Dark Soy Sauce (डार्क सोया सॉस) - 2 tbsp
Light Soy Sauce (हल्का सोया सॉस) - 2 tbsp
Sweet Chilli Sauce (स्वीट चिल्ली सॉस) - ¼ cup
Tomato Ketchup (टोमेटो केचप) - ¼ cup
Oyster Sauce (ओएस्टर सॉस) - 1 tbsp
Corn Flour (मक्के का आटा) - 1 tbsp
Chicken Stock or Water (चिकन स्टॉक या पानी) - 3 to 4 tbsp
Stir Fry
Oil (तेल) - 4 tbsp
Butter (OPTIONAL) (मक्खन) - 1 tbsp
Minced Garlic (बारिक कटी लहसुन) - 1 tbsp
Onion Julienne Cut (प्याज जूलिएन कट) - ½ cup
Carrot Julienne Cut (गाजर जुलिएन कट) - 2 medium size
Broccoli (ब्रॉकली) - 1 cup
Red Bell Pepper Julienne Cut (लाल शिमला मिर्च जुलिएन कट) - 1
Yellow Bell Pepper Julienne Cut (पिली शिमला मिर्च जुलिएन कट) - 1
Green Bell Pepper Julienne Cut (हरी शिमला मिर्च जुलिएन कट) - 1
Salt (नमक) - 2 pinch
Chilli Flex (चिल्ली फ्लेक्स) - ½ tsp
Sesame Oil (तिल का तेल) - ¼ tsp
Preparation:
Today we are making chicken stir fry
For Marination we’ve used 500 gm Chicken Breast
Cut medium size strips
Transfer in a bowl
Add ½ tsp Ginger Powder
Add ½ tsp Garlic Powder
Add ½ tsp Onion Powder
Add 1 tsp Black Pepper
Add ½ tsp Paprika
Add 2 tbsp Corn Flour
Add ¼ tsp Salt
Mix Well
Marinate for ½ hour to 1 hour
Meanwhile lets prepare stir fry sauce
In a bowl add 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
Add 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
Add ¼ cup Sweet Chilli Sauce
Add ¼ cup Tomato Ketchup
Add 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
Add 1 tbsp Corn Flour
Add 3-4 tbsp Chicken Stock or Water
Whisk well vigorously
Keep Sauce Mix aside
Meanwhile julienne cut all vegetables
Let’s Stir fry marinated chicken
Heat up pan and Add 2 tbsp Oil on medium heat
Add 500 gm Marinated chicken on medium heat
Fry for 5 minutes and chicken will finish cooking at final stage
Transfer it to a bowl
Let’s Stir Fry Vegetables
Add 2 tbsp Oil on medium heat
Add 1 tbsp Butter (OPTIONAL)
Add 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
Saute
Add ½ cup Onion Julienne Cut
Add 2 medium size Carrot Julienne Cut
Add 1 cup Broccoli
Saute
Add 1 Red Bell Pepper Julienne Cut
Add 1 Yellow Bell Pepper Julienne Cut
Add 1 Green Bell Pepper Julienne Cut
Saute
Add only 2 pinch Salt, Add as per taste as sauces already contains salt
Add ½ tsp Chilli Flex
Mix Well
Now add 500 gm Stir Fried Chicken on medium heat
Mix well for 2-3 minute until chicken done
Insert Knief to check, Now our chicken is done
Now Add Sauce Mix and stir and mix well for another 2 minutes on low heat
Turnoff heat and Add ¼ tsp Sesame Oil and Mix well
Our Stir Fry Chicken is Ready to serve!
Serve hot with rice, chapati, roti or as a starter!

LAY HO MA!! Stir fry's can literally be put together in minutes and they are absolutely delicious. Join me in this episode and learn how to cook a fast and easy vegetable stir fry in just 10 minutes! Let's begin
Ingredients:
4 cremini mushrooms
1/4 red onion
3/4 green bell pepper
3/4 red bell pepper
60g broccolini
1/2 cup baby corn
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp black vinegar
splash of toasted sesame oil
drizzle of olive oil
Directions:
1. Quarter the cremini mushrooms. Roughly chop the red onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper. Chop the broccolini into bite sized pieces
2. To make the sauce, combine the hoisin sauce, both soy sauces, black vinegar, and toasted sesame oil
3. Heat up a nonstick pan to medium heat. Drizzle in some olive oil
4. Sauté the red onion and both bell peppers for a couple of minutes
5. Add the mushrooms and broccolini. Sauté for 3-4min
6. Add the baby corn and sauce. Sauté another couple of minutes, then plate and serve
