How To make Croquete De Carne( Beef Croquette)
2 cups ground roast beef or roast
2 tomatoes seeded,peeled and choppes
2 Tbs finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
salt and pepper to taste 1 Tbs chopped parsley
1 Yolk
Gravy from roast 2 Tba oil for frying
Cook onion and garlic in hot oil until onion starts changing color. Add tomato and cook to a paste ( simmer). Add ground meat, gravy and stir 5 minutes. Season with sal and pepper. Mix milk and flour and add to saucepan stirring until thick. Stir in yolk and parsley off the heat. Let cool. Make balls a little smaller than walnuts. Dip in beatn eggs. Roll in flour. Dip in eggs again. Coat with breadcrumbs. May be frozen at thiis point. Deep fry in plenty of hot oil until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon onto paper towels to drain. Serve as an appetizer or with a salad.
Note: You may need more or less flour to achieve the desired consistency, which is that of a thick paste.

- 200g de carne moída (músculo, acém, patinho ou outra de sua preferência)
- 1/4 de xícara (chá) de cebola ralada (metade de 1 cebola grande)
- 1 colher (chá) de alho picadinho ou 2 dentes
- 2 colheres (sopa) de pimentão bem picadinho
- Sal
- Pimenta
- Orégano
- 2 colheres (sopa) de manteiga
- 12 colheres (sopa) de água
- 1/2 colher (chá) de sal
- 1 xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo
- 2 colheres (sopa) de salsinha picadinha
PARA EMPANAR
- Farinha de trigo
- Ovo batido
- Farinha de rosca

1 xícara = 240ml
3 xicaras de água
4 dentes grandes de alho
1 colher de sopa de sal
1 colher de sobremesa de pimenta do reino
2 colheres bem cheia de margarina sem sal (100g)
350 g de farinha de trigo
470 acém
470 peito
5 louros
1 cebola e meia grande
E retirar 3 xícaras de caldo coado para a massa.
Empanar :
Farinha de rosca caseira torrada (quanto baste)
Clara de ovo, para cada clara 1 colher de sopa de água (bata c garfo) quanto baste

INGREDIENTES:
- 2 cebolas picadas;
- Cheiro verde ao gosto;
- 6 dentes de alho pilado;
- 350g de carne moída;
- 2 batatas cozidas e amassadas com pimenta preta;
- 1 pimento picado;
- 1 ovo para empanar;
- 6 colheres de sopa de farinha de trigo;
- Farinha de rosca para empanar (pão ralado);
- 1 ovo para a massa;
- Temperos [3 colherinhas de coentro, 1 colherinha de pimenta preta em pó, 3 colherinhas de pó de caril (rajah) e 2 colherinhas de cominho]
COMO PREPARAR:
Coloque um pouco de azeite em uma panela
Frita metade da cebola até ficar dourada
Adiciona o alho
Mexa bem
Adiciona a carne moida
Mexa bem
Tape a panela e deixe a carne cozer
Adiciona os temperos
E mexa bem
Adiciona a cebola restante, o pimento e o cheiro verde
Mexa bem
Adiciona a batata cozida e amassada
Mexa bem
Adiciona o ovo
Mexa bem
Adiciona 2 colheres de sopa de farinha
Mexa bem
Se necessário adicione mais farinha
Coloque a pasta num prato
Faça formatos de croquetes
Passe na farinha de trigo
Congele por 15 minutos para ficar consistente
Passa no ovo e na farinha de rosca para empanar
Frite em óleo quente até ficar dourado
Vira para fritar do outro lado
Retire-os da frigideira

- 1 egg for breading;

- Seasonings [3 teaspoons of coriander, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 3 teaspoons of curry powder (rajah) and 2 teaspoons of cumin]
HOW TO PREPARE:
Put some oil in a pan
Fry half the onion until golden
Add the garlic
Mix well
Add the minced meat
Mix well
Cover the pan and let the meat cook
Add the seasonigs

Add the remaining onion, the pepper and the green smell
Mix well
Add the boiled and mashed potato
Mix well
Add the egg
Mix well
Add 2 tablespoons of flour
Mix well
If necessary add more flour
Place the paste on a plate
Make croquette shapes
Roll in wheat flour
Freeze for 15 minutes for consistency
Dip in egg and breadcrumbs to coat
Fry in hot oil until golden
Flip to fry on the other side
Take them out of the fridge

If you have ever visited the Netherlands, or you may call it Holland, you probably have eaten one of these delicious deep-fried snacks. Most likely served with some mustard and a warning that the insides are really really hot!
This Dutch croquette recipe details all the steps needed to make these Dutch favorites. We start by simply making a delicious beef broth and then go on to create a traditional roux. We'll turn that into the filling of a kroket, after which we will bread, and fry them!! To make it easy, we'll use an Instant Pot for making the broth, so it goes a lot faster!
