How To make Crockpot Cheese & Macaroni
Ingredients

each
elbow macaroni, small box
3
cup
cheddar cheese, shredded
1
cn
evaporated milk
1 1/2
cup
homogenized milk
3
each
eggs
1/2
each
stick butter
1
salt, to taste
1
pepper, to taste
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to directions on box. Grease crockpot with butter. Mix all ingredients in crockpot, cook on high for 30 minutes then turn on low and cook for 2 hours.

Hello folks!
So today for tea I made some seriously tasty Mac ’n’ cheese in the slow cooker :) I’ve been asked for more slow cooker recipes, and I know that so many of you are big fans of macaroni cheese…and by using the slow cooker, it helps to keep the energy costs down :) It’s also absolutely delicious…very rich, so you wouldn’t need much of it :D Perfect on it’s own, on a jacket potato..or even with a few chips of slice of garlic bread!

What I used - 2.5 litre Crockpot - Makes enough for 4-5 people.
500g (16 oz) Macaroni or elbow pasta
250g (3 cups) Grated cheese of your choice - I used Red Leicester
250g (8 oz) Cream cheese - I used Philadelphia
800ml (3.4 cups) Whole milk
375ml (12 oz) Evaporated Milk
A couple of knobs of butter - Around 2 Tablespoons
2 Teaspoons English mustard - optional
**Optional handful of chopped parsley (again, mainly for the colour)**

Ingredients:
8 - ounces elbow macaroni, cooked
1- 12 ounce can evaporated milk
1 1/2 - cups whole milk
2 - large eggs, beaten
1/4 - cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1 - teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
2 - 10-ounce bricks sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (about 5 cups)
Dash of paprika
Directions:
In a larger 4 quart crock pot sprayed with cooking spray, mix the macaroni, milk, eggs, butter, salt, pepper, and all but 1/2 cup of the grated cheese.
Sprinkle the reserved cheese on top of the mixture and then sprinkle with paprika. Cook on low for 3 hours and 15 minutes. Turn off the crock pot, stir the mixture and serve.
My crock pot gets pretty hot, so check your macaroni and cheese after about 2 hours. Mine took a little over 2 hours to cook.

Crockpot Creamy Macaroni & Cheese Recipe

2 cups pasta (I used elbows) (cook according to package directions)
Drain pasta and add to crockpot.
Add:
4 TBS butter (cut in small pieces)
2 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Stir well.
Add:
1/2 cup sour cream
1 10 3/4 ounce can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp black pepper
Stir well
Add:
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
dash of red pepper flakes (optional)
3 eggs (beaten)
Cook on low for 2 1/2 - 3 hours.
Enjoy!
