Easy Crockpot Hamburger Soup
Recipe:
1 package Epicure Beef Dip ????
6 cups hot water ????
1 can diced tomatoes ????
1 lb browned ground beef
(I seasoned ground beef with 1 Tbsp SPG and 1 Tbsp Pizza seasoning ~ optional, season your way! And microwaved in my Epicure steamer for 5min)
1 cup rice (freeze left over rice - perfect for occasions like this)
1 can corn ????
1-2 carrots ???? diced (I steamed in epicure steamer for a few minutes to soften)
Mix all together and let simmer in crockpot

How Too Make Hamburger Soup in Slow cooker
This is the same recipe as my grandmother used except she cooked her on the stove and I used my slow cooker ( Hamilton Beach ). I cooked my hamburg in the slow cooker first... Then I put in the vegetables in.... I used taters,carrots,celery,corn,green beans, peas,then a small can of tomatoe sauce and beef broth.. Then I put my seasons in garlic powder, onion , Adobo With Sazon. You can use what ever vegetables and seasons that you like...
Once it was all in the slow cooker I turned it on low and cooked it all day long...

Ingredients
1 1/4 lb ground beef
28 can crush tomatoes
2 tbsp beef bouillon ( add a little at a time until you get the right taste)
1 onion
2 stalks celery
2 carrots
1/2 red bell pepper
thyme, rosemary, oregano
1 cup mixed vegetables
2 potatoes
1 tsp onion powder and garlic and herb seasoning
1/2 tsp dried thyme, pepper
enough water to get to the consistency you like
1 tsp wostichier sauce
1 tsp sugar

Cheeseburger Soup
This cheeseburger soup recipe puts all of the juicy flavors of your favorite burger into soup form. It is easily made, and full of vegetables, seasonings, ground beef, and broth. If you’re a fan of hearty soup recipes, you are going to love this one. It’s sure to hit the spot on a cold winter day.

INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground beef
4 tbsp unsalted butter divided
1 medium white onion diced
3/4 cup carrots shredded
3/4 cup celery diced
1 tbsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 large russet potatoes (about 3 cups) peeled and cut into bite size pieces
3 cup chicken broth low sodium
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
1 1/2 cup milk 2%
1/4 cup sour cream full fat
INSTRUCTIONS
In a 12 inch frying pan, thoroughly cook ground beef. Drain fat and set aside for now.
In a large 5-Quart pot with 1 tablespoon of the butter over medium-high heat, sauté onion, carrots, and diced celery with Italian seasoning, oregano, salt and pepper until onions have softened, 2 to 3 minutes.
Add in beef, potatoes, and chicken broth to the pot. Reduce heat to low, cover with lid, and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
In a separate small frying pan, melt the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter over medium high heat and stir in flour until it starts to bubble, 2 minutes. Then add this mixture to the soup stirring well to mix.
Stir in cheese until fully melted.
Add in milk and bring back to a simmer. Then stir in sour cream until well mixed.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
