Ingredients 6 each potatoes, cut into pieces 2 each onions, chopped 3 each carrots, diced 2 each celery, stalks, chopped 4 each chicken bouillon cubes 1 tablespoon parsley, flakes 1 tablespoon salt 1
pepper, to taste 1/3 cup butter 13 oz evaporated milk 1
chives, chopped 1
parmesan cheese, grated
Directions: Combine the above except the milk and cook on low 10-12 hours or high 3-4 hours. During the last hour add evaporated milk and chives. Sprinkle fresh grated parmesan cheese over the top.
