How To make Quick Spanish Hamburger Soup

olives, pimento stuffed, sliced

teaspoon
sugar
1/2
cup
water
1/4
cup
wine, dry, red
1

parmesan cheese, grated, optional

Directions:
In saucepan cook ground beef till browned; drain off fat. Stir in salt and pepper. Add tomato sauce, carrot, mushrooms, onion, olives, and sugar. Stir in water and wine. Cover; simmer for 30-35 minutes or till carrot is tender, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle individual servings with parmesan cheese, if desired.
Makes 2 servings.
