How To make Creamy Ham Casserole
3 cups broccoli florets
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/3 cup flour
1 cup milk
4 ounces cheddar cheese
diced
1/2 cup sour cream
3 cups ham cubes
4 ounces canned mushrooms

cooked
Steam broccoli until tender (don't overcook) and rinse with cold water. Melt butter in a large saucepan and stir in the flour until smooth. Add the milk slowly, stirring constantly. Cook and stir until mixture thickens. Add the cheese and sour cream and continue cooking until cheese is melting, stirring constantly. Add ham, mushrooms, and broccoli. Place in casserole pan and heat in oven until hot and bubbly. Serve over hot cooked rice.

1 1/2 cup Almond flour
1/2 cup aged cheddar cheese , shredded
4 Tbsp Parmesan cheese , grated
1/2 tsp dried Parsley
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
3 Tbsp Butter , melted
2 Tbsps Water

This Recipe Tastes Golden! Creamy Ham Casserole
Creamy Ham Casserole
Ingredients:
2 cups cubed peeled potatoes
2 sliced carrots
1 chopped celery rib
2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
8 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1-1/2 cup milk
Dash of cracked pepper
1 cup shredded Colby cheese
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
Directions:
1. In a pot over high heat, bring the potatoes, carrots, and celery to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-high and cook for 10 minutes. Drain.
2. In a separate skillet, melt 4 tablespoons of butter and saute ham and cracked pepper until slightly browned and tender.
3. Combine ham and vegetables in a large bowl. Stir the mixture and place in a greased 2-quart casserole dish or 13x9 pan.
4. In a skillet melt the rest of the butter (4 tablespoons) and whisk in flour over low heat for a couple of minutes. Add milk and continue to whisk until thick and bubbly. Stir in cheese until melted.
5. Pour melted cheese mixture over ham and vegetables. Sprinkle with bread crumbles.
6. Bake, uncovered in a 375-degree oven for 25 minutes. Serve immediately. Serves 6.
