How To make Cream Cheese Pound Cake
3/4 lb Butter
3 c Sugar, granulated
1/2 lb Cream cheese
6 lg Eggs
3 c Cake flour, sifted
1/4 t Salt
1 1/2 t Almond extract
1 t Vanilla extract
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees F. Cream the butter, sugar and cheese together until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add salt, vanilla and almond extract. Beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, blending well after each. Stir in flour. Don't be vigorous; mix it just enough to incorporate the flour. Spoon into a greased tube pan. Bake in preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours. Cool for 15-20 minutes, then invert the cake onto a serving dish and remove the tube pan. If you wait too long, it will stick. NOTES: * A pound cake made with cream cheese -- I got this recipe from Annette Hall at Computer System Resources, in Georgia (annette@gacsr.UUCP). I really enjoyed spending time in the kitchen with my grandma. She is the coolest woman EVER!!!

How to make a super moist and velvety texture Cream Cheese Bundt Cake. Everyone is asking me this recipe, can't wait to share this to you. Bake along with me.
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup softened unsalted butter (220g)
(about 1 hour outside the fridge before use)
1 cup softened cream cheese (225g)
1 cup of sugar (200g)
4 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla paste or extract (5ml)
2 and 1/2 cups cake flour (250g) or all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder (10g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1/3 cup milk (80ml) *typo error in the video
1 tbsp oil (15ml)
Bake in a 9x4 bundt pan, at 160C or 320F for 40-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
*1 cup cake flour=100 grams
*1 cup sugar=200 grams

The Greatest Cream Cheese Pound Cake Ever!!!
It is so GOOOOOD!!!!!!!!
RECIPE FOR CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE: 1-8 oz softened cream cheese,1-pound softened salted butter, 6 large eggs, 2 t. vanilla flavoring, 3 cups white sugar, 3 cups all purpose flour. DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven 350 degrees, grease and flour bundt cake pan, mix sugar, butter and cream cheese till creamy, add in eggs one at a time, mixing well about 20-30 seconds, add in vanilla flavor and mix well, add in flour one cup at a time mixing well,. Pour in to bundt pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 1/2 hours, check cake after 1 hour and 15 minutes and add 5 minutes at a time as you check for doneness, use toothpick inserted in center of cake to check, (do not fill bundt pan to rim-fill pan to within about 1 1/4 from top) ENJOY!
