How To make Cranberry Or Blueberry Muffins
1 3/4 c Flour
3/4 ts Salt
1/3 c Sugar
2 ts Double-acting Baking Powder
2 Eggs
1/4 c Butter; melted
3/4 c Milk
1 c Fresh Blueberries OR 1 c
-canned blueberries;drained -OR 1 c Cranberries;chopped 1 ts Grated orange or lemon rind
Sift dry ingred. together. Beat eggs in a separate bowl. Add butter and milk to the eggs. Combine the liquid and the dry ingred. with a few strokes. Fold into the batter, before the dry ingred. are completely moist--either the blueberries or the cranberries. Fill well greased muffin pans 2/3 full and bake in a 400 degree preheated oven for 20-25 min.

INGREDIENTS:
●4 eggs
●2 cups milk
●1 cup oil
●2 teaspoons vanilla extract (1 teaspoon almond and vanilla extract if you're using cranberries)
●1/2 teaspoon butter flavor extract (don't worry if you don't have it)
●6 cups flour
●2 cups white sugar
●8 teaspoons baking powder (yes, 8)
●2 teaspoons salt
●4 cups blueberries (If you want a true-blue muffin, mash part of the blueberries) or 4 cups cranberries (If you want a true-blue muffin, mash part of the blueberries)

These moist cranberry orange muffins are my guilty pleasure which is why I stockpile cranberries in my freezer every winter! They make for a great breakfast or snack and are loaded with juicy cranberries. Hope you love them as much as I do!

Dry:
◾️2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
◾️2 tsp baking powder
◾️¼ tsp salt
Wet:
◾️½ cup unsalted butter, room temp
◾️1 ¼ cup sugar
◾️2 eggs, room temp
◾️1 whole orange juiced and zested
◾️½ cup whole milk, room temp (2% works as well)
Add 2 cups roughly chopped cranberries and bake in oven on 350 for 25-30 min

You can make it using fresh or frozen cranberries .Cranberry Muffins are the perfect addition to your morning routine or for a fun afternoon snack.It is super moist ,light and deliciously oozing with its sweet-tangy flavor.
Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1 1/ tsp. almond extract
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp.baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups frozen or fresh cranberries
vanilla sugar (for toppings)
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 175C (350F).Line muffin pan with muffin liners.
2.Whisk flour, sugar,baking powder, baking soda and salt.
3.Add the milk,vegetable oil, eggs,and almond extract, and whisk everything until well blended
4.Add the cranberries and fold to combine.
5.Divide the batter into the muffin pan evenly and top with vanilla sugar.
6.Bake for 25 mins.
7.Allow to cool down in the muffin pan before removing and transferring to a wire rack to completely cool.
