How To make Company Beef Oriental
1 1/2 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 ea Onion; Sliced, Md
1 ea Clove Garlic; Minced
1/4 c Soy Sauce
2 tb Cornstarch
1 tb Molasses
1 t Beef Bouillon; Instant
3/4 c Water
6 oz Frozen Chinese Pea Pods, 1Pk
5 oz Water Chestnuts; *
5 oz Bamboo Shoots; Drained, 1 Cn
11 oz Mandarin Orange Segments; **
* Use 1 5-oz can of water chestnuts that have been drained and sliced. ** Drain the can of Orange Segments, but reserve the syrup for the recipe. ~------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cook and stir the meat, onion and garlic in a large skillet until the meat is brown. Drain off the excess fat. Mix the soy sauce, cornstarch, and molasses and stir this mixture into the meat mixture. Stir in the bouillon, water, pea pods, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots and reserved mandarin orange syrup and heat to boiling. Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the orange segments, recover and heat for about 2 minutes. Serve over cooked rice with additional soy sauce.

Ingredients:
-2 cloves Garlic
- 20 gm Ginger
- 3 Yellow Onion (Holland)
- 15 gm Black Pepper
- 225 gm Sirloin Beef
- Spring Onion
- Bell pepper
Marinate:
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Soy Sauce
½ tsp Cornstarch
1 tsp Sesame Oil
Sauce:
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Black Vinegar
½ tsp Cornstarch

For Beef
1 lb beef (chuck or try-tip), sliced 1/8” thin bite sizes
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp shaoxing wine
pinch of black pepper
For Sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp sugar
2 to 3 tsp sambal
For Frying & Stir Frying
1/2 cup potato starch or corn starch
1/2 to 2/3 cup frying oil
5 to 7 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 onion, diced
1/4 red bell pepper, diced

This is a dish found on many takeout menus, personally beef works the best with this sauce and if you're a seafood lover squid is amazing cooked this way.
A quick tip I forgot to mention is you can add some aged garlic, I didn't add it this time due to having garlic powder in the beef and most places won't add extra garlic, but in my eyes garlic on garlic with garlic is never a bad thing.
