How To make Coffee Chip Drops
1 1/4 cups light brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup shortening
butter flavored
2 tablespoons brewed coffee :
cold
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon French roast coffee beans
finely ground :
or espresso coffee beans 1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts coarsely chopped

Preheat oven to 375 degrees; place sheets of foil on countertop for cooling cookies. Place the brown sugar, shortening, coffee and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Beat on medium speed of an electric mixer until blended. Add the egg; beat well. Combine the flour, ground coffee, salt and baking soda. Add to the shortening mixture; beat on low speed just until blended. Stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts. Drop the dough by rounded measuring tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake one baking sheet at a time for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly browned and just set. Do no overbake. Place 1 candy in the center of each cookie. Cool for 2 minutes on the baking sheet. Remove the cookies to the foil to cool completely. Penny Halsey (ATBN65B).

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 Tbsp vanilla
4 1/4 flour, self-rising
1 cup espresso chocolate chips
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Cream together the butter and the sugars. Add the egg and vanilla. Mix until blended together. Add in dry ingredients until completely combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Drop onto parchment lined sheet pan by 1/2 cup fulls. Roll into balls. 6 per baking sheet. Add extra chips to the top of dough if desired. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden around the edges and soft in the center. Allow to cool on pan for a few minutes. Transfer to wire rack to complete cooling. Store in air tight container.

TODAY'S RECIPE IS Easy Double Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe at Home | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Butter 1/4 cup
Powder sugar 1/3 cup
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Mix until fluffy consistency
One egg
Mix well
All purpose flour 3/4 cup
Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Chocolate chips 1/4 cup
Dough form
Chocolate chips on top
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place the tray
Cook it on medium low flame for 15-20 mins or bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 15-20 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
