I had a few drinks while making these, so I could enjoy them as the food Gods intended, which is slightly drunk. At least that's one theory for how this dish got its name. The other theory is that it was at one point made with wine, but that's not nearly as entertaining!. Enjoy!

Good Ole Macaroni Tuna Casserole Ingredients: 1 box macaroni and cheese mix, plus milk and butter called for on package 2 cans tuna in water, drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup milk 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided 1/4 cup bread crumbs
directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Prepare the macaroni and cheese as directed on the package
Stir the tuna, mushroom soup, additional milk, and half of the Cheddar cheese into the pasta mixture Mix well
Spoon the pasta into a 9 X 13 sprayed casserole dish
Combine the remaining Cheddar with the bread crumbs Evenly sprinkle the crumb mixture over the top of the casserole
Place the casserole in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until the crumb mixture is lightly browned and the pasta is bubbly Serve and Enjoy
Chicken Noodle Casserole Video 1 December 8, 2022
2 chicken breasts, cooked&shredded 1 onion chopped 26 ounce can cream of chicken soup 2 cups of chicken broth 2 cups frozen peas and carrots or frozen mixed vegetables 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder black pepper to taste salt if needed 12 ounces egg noodles, cooked &drained
Topping: 1 1/2 sleeves of ritz crackers, finely crushed half stick of melted butter
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Mix everything together, but not the topping ingredients in a large bowl. Place the noodle mixture in the prepared dish. Sprinkle top of the casserole with crushed ritz crackers, then drizzle melted butter all over top of crackers. Bake for 30 minutes uncovered. Let it cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
