MASA (la que sí funcionó para mis Hot Cheetos*)
-1 taza de polenta enfriada (esto se hace cocinando ½ taza de cornmeal o harina de maíz sin nixtamalizar en 2 tazas de agua hervida)
-casi toda la clara de un huevo
-2 cditas de polvo para hornear
-1 cdita de ajo en polvo
-5 cdas de maicena o fécula de maíz
-7 cdas adicionales de cornmeal (sin cocinar)
SABOR
-sal: 1 y ¾ de cdita
-azúcar ¾ cdita
-ácido cítrico: ¾ cdita
-maltodextrina: 1 cdita
-MSG: ¾ cdita
-ajo en polvo: 1 cdita
-cebolla en polvo: ¾ cdita
-1 cda de queso cheddar en polvo, preferiblemente blanco
-mezcla de chiles/pimientas en polvo: cayena (1.5 cditas), pimentón español (¼ cdita), chile California (½ cdita), chili powder (¾ cdita), Chile ancho (½ cdita)
-colorante rojo en polvo : según lo que se ocupe, ir mezclando (alrededor de 1.5 cditas)
-necesitas también aceite vegetal para freír (yo usé de canola)
