1/4 cup Boiling water (59ml)
1/2 cup vegetable oil (or sunflower oil)
1/2 cup butter milk (120ml) {{ for butter milk I used 120ml milk and 1 tsp vinegar.}}}

This video is all about making the BEST eggless chocolate cake layered with the most decadent chocolate fudge frosting.
If you want to make a chocolate cake for a special occasion then this is the cake you need. The light devil's food chocolate cake sponge with the indulgent frosting is the perfect combination.
I topped my cake with some lovely chocolate shavings. All you need to do is melt some chocolate, spread in thin on parchment and let it set. Once set, using a bench scraper, scrape the chocolate lengthwise and they'll automatically start rolling. Easy three steps and your chocolate cake garnish is ready!
I have made an eggless version today but you can also make it with egg. Just replace curd with 2 eggs.
Ingredients
For the cake
1 ½ cup (180gms) maida
¾ cup (90gms) cocoa powder
½ tsp (3gms) baking soda
1 tsp (4gms) baking powder
¾ cup (180ml) vegetable oil
1 ½ cup (300gm) caster sugar
1 cup (285gms) curd
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup (120ml) milk + 1tsp (5ml) vinegar
For chocolate fudge frosting
1 cup (200gms) butter
2 cups (260gms) icing sugar
1/2 to 3/4 cup cocoa powder *
1 cup (175gms) melted chocolate
1 cup (230ml) warm cream
To top
Chocolate shavings
* Personally, I love making this frosting with cocoa powder, to give it a deep chocolate flavor. That is why I add 3/4 cup cocoa powder here. However, if you want to keep the chocolate flavor more on the sweeter side, then you can reduce the quantity of cocoa powder and add 1/2 cup instead.

This recipe is an easy chocolate cake recipe that is very moist . This is a quick recipe even beginners can do easily.

Ingredients:
NOTE: 1 CUP = 240 ML
Cake pan size = 6 inch* 3 inch.
All purpose flour - 1cup (120 grams )
Cocoa powder - ½cup (60 grams )
Sugar - 1cup (200 grams)
Baking powder - 1tsp
Baking soda - ½tsp
Salt - 1/4tsp
Egg - 1
Oil or melted butter - ¼cup (60 ml)
Curd - ½cup
Vanilla essence - 1tsp
Warm water - ½cup (120 ml)
Method:-
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F or 180 C. Butter cake rounds.
2.Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until combined.
3.Add eggs, curd, warm water, oil, and vanilla. Mix everything until combined.
4.Fill pan with cake batter.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 F or 180 C , until the cake meets the toothpick test (stick a toothpick in and it comes out clean).
6. Cool for 15 minutes and then turn out the cakes and allow to cool completely.

Ингредиенты
для орехового коржа:
яйца 2 шт
сахар 100 г
сметана (у меня 20%) 150 г
крахмал (у меня кукурузный) 1 ст.л
сода 1 ч.л
орехи грецкие 50 г
мука 130 г
для шоколадного коржа:
яйца 2 шт
сахар 100 г
сметана (у меня 20%) 150 г
крахмал (у меня кукурузный) 1 ст.л
сода 1 ч.л
шоколад горький 50 г
мука 100 г
какао-порошок 30 г
для крема:
сметана (у меня 20%) 400 г
сахар 150 г
для глазури:
сахар 3 ст.л
масло сливочное 50 г
молоко 1 ст.л
какао-порошок 2 ст.л
для украшения:
орехи грецкие 30 г
шоколад горький 100 г
Приготовление
1. Готовим ореховый корж:
В миске смешать яйца, сахар, сметану, крахмал и соду, перемешать. Добавить орехи (измельчить блендером) и просеиваем муку, хорошо перемешать. Тесто вылить в форму( у меня 22 см), застеленную пергаментом и смазанную маслом. Выпекать в разогретой до 180* духовке 30 - 35 минут.
Готовый корж остудить на решетке.
2. Готовим шоколадный корж:
В миске смешать яйца, сахар, сметану, крахмал и соду, перемешать. Просеиваем муку и какао-порошок, перемешать и добавить кусочки шоколада, снова перемешать. Тесто вылить в форму, застеленную пергаментом и смазанную маслом. Выпекать в разогретой до 180* духовке 30 - 35 минут.
Готовый корж остудить на решетке.
3. Готовим крем:
Сметану взбить с сахаром
4. Готовим глазурь:
В небольшой кастрюльке смешать сахар, масло сливочное, какао-порошок и молоко, ставим на медленный огонь, помешивая, доводим до однородного состояния.
5. Каждый бисквит разрезать на два коржа.
6.Собираем торт:
Выкладываем поочередно шоколадные и ореховые коржи, промазывая сметанным кремом. Остатками крема промазываем верх и бока торта. Далее торт покрываем глазурью и украшаем по желанию ( у меня бока украшены шоколадной стружкой, верх - измельченными грецкими орехами). Дать тортику пропитаться два-три часа.
