1 oz Unsweetened chocolate,;
-chopped 1/3 c Canola oil
2 1/4 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c Plus 2 tablespoon cocoa powd
-er 1/2 ts Baking powder
3/4 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
1 lg Egg
2 lg Egg whites
2 c Sugar
1 ts Instant coffee granules
1/4 c Plain nonfat yogurt
2 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1/4 c Water
THE DESSERT SHOW SHOW #DS3133 AIR DATES: 1/15/96, 1/20/96 CHOCOLATE-FUDGE BUNDT CAKE Preheat oven to 350. Generously grease a 12 cup bundt pan. In a small saucepan over low heat, mix together chocolate & oil. Stir often until smooth & set aside. Sift together flour, cocoa,baking powder, baking soda & salt. In a large mixing bowl with electric mixer on medium speed, beat egg & whites, sugar &coffee powder until very light & fluffy. Turn mixer to low &beat in half dry ingredients. Beat in yogurt, vanilla, 1/4 cup water,chocolate mixture & remaining dry ingredients. Beat just until smooth. Turn batter into pan. Bake 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean. Put on wire rack to cool completely. Invert cake onto rack & then onto serving platter. -----

✅Ingredients
Chocolate Bundt Cake
• butter and flour for coating and dusting the pan
• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup warm water or coffee
• ⅔ cup buttermilk
• ⅓ cup sour cream
• ⅓ cup vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Chocolate Ganache Glaze
• 6 ounces semi sweet chocolate, roughly chopped
• ⅔ cup heavy cream
• 1 tablespoon corn syrup
✅Instructions
Chocolate Bundt Cake
1️⃣ 00:12 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Use butter to grease a 10-12 cup bundt pan well. Dust with a little flour or cocoa powder and tap out the excess.
2️⃣ 01:39 - Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl until combined.
3️⃣ 02:03 - Add eggs, warm water, buttermilk, sour cream, oil, and vanilla. Use a hand mixer to beat on a medium speed until smooth. This should take just a couple of minutes.
4️⃣ 02:46 - Pour batter into prepared bundt pan. Tap the pan on the countertop a few times to allow any air bubbles to escape.
5️⃣ 02:53 - Bake for 45-50 minutes in a 350 degree oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6️⃣ 03:01 - Cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes and then turn out onto the racks and allow to cool completely.
Chocolate Ganache Glaze
1️⃣ 03:15 - Place roughly chopped chocolate into a mixing bowl. Pour heavy cream into a small saucepan and bring it to a simmer over medium heat.
2️⃣ 03:32 - Once cream comes to a simmer, remove it from the heat immediately and pour over chocolate. Let stand 5 minutes, until chocolate is completely melted.
3️⃣ 03:45 - Stir until smooth. Once smooth, stir in corn syrup. Drizzle over the top of the cooled cake.

Ingredients:
Cake:
1 3/4 Cups sugar
1 3/4 cups margarine or butter, softened
6 eggs
2 cups powdered sugar
2 1/4 cups Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose or Unbleached Flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 cups chopped walnuts*
Glaze:
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
4 to 6 teaspoons milk
STEPS
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 12-cup fluted tube cake pan or 10-inch tube pan. In large bowl, combine sugar and margarine; beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add 2 cups powdered sugar; blend well. By hand, stir in flour and remaining cake ingredients until well blended. Spoon batter into greased and floured pan; spread evenly.
2. Bake at 350°F. for 45 to 50 minutes or until top is set and edges are beginning to pull away from sides of pan.** Cool upright in pan on wire rack 1 1/2 hours. Invert onto serving plate; cool at least 2 hours.
3. In small bowl, combine all glaze ingredients, adding enough milk for desired drizzling consistency. Spoon over top of cake, allowing some to run down sides. Store tightly covered.
