2 Ingredient No Bake Chocolate Cake
This easy chocolate cake is just 2 ingredients. It tastes like a flourless chocolate cake but doesn't require baking. It doesn't contain any flour, eggs, or oil. You can view the full recipe here:

✔️Moist Chocolate Cake
1 whole egg [large, 60 grams]
1 cup granulated sugar [200 grams]
1/2 cup fresh milk [120 ml]
1/2 cup cooking oil [120 ml]
1 tbsp white vinegar [15 ml]
1 cup all purpose flour [135 grams]
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder [35 grams]
1 tsp baking soda [5 grams]
1/2 tsp salt [3 grams]
✔️Chocolate Fudge / Ganache
1/2 cup sugar [100 grams]
1/3 cup cocoa powder [35 grams]
1/4 tsp salt [1 gram]
2 tbsp cornstarch [15 grams]
1 cup fresh milk [240 ml]
1 tbsp butter [15 grams]
IMPORTANT NOTE:
1.The cake pan will mostly occupied the air fryer basket space, so the air distribution inside it might be uneven, hence the middle of the cake will take longer time to cook than the edges, so add-up baking time if it needs it. May check the cake doneness with toothpick.

This recipe is an easy chocolate cake recipe that is very moist . This is a quick recipe even beginners can do easily.

Ingredients:
NOTE: 1 CUP = 240 ML
Cake pan size = 6 inch* 3 inch.
All purpose flour - 1cup (120 grams )
Cocoa powder - ½cup (60 grams )
Sugar - 1cup (200 grams)
Baking powder - 1tsp
Baking soda - ½tsp
Salt - 1/4tsp
Egg - 1
Oil or melted butter - ¼cup (60 ml)
Curd - ½cup
Vanilla essence - 1tsp
Warm water - ½cup (120 ml)
Method:-
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F or 180 C. Butter cake rounds.
2.Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until combined.
3.Add eggs, curd, warm water, oil, and vanilla. Mix everything until combined.
4.Fill pan with cake batter.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 F or 180 C , until the cake meets the toothpick test (stick a toothpick in and it comes out clean).
6. Cool for 15 minutes and then turn out the cakes and allow to cool completely.

우유와 머랭이 들어가 꾸덕하지만 부드러운 느낌이여서 정말 맛있더라구요~^^
지난번 만들었던 퍼지 케이크 보다 조금 더 촉촉한 것 같아요~
굽고 냉장실에서 차갑게 식혀 위에 초콜릿 가나슈를 듬뿍 뿌렸더니 초콜릿 맛을 더 진하게 느낄 수 있어 좋았어요~
한 조각만 먹어도 부드러운 식감과 풍미 때문에 기분까지 사르르 녹는 맛있는 케이크랍니다~

▶틀 사이즈 Mold size : 15.5 x 7.8 x 6.5cm
▶재료
다크 초콜릿 120g
무염버터 70g
코코아파우더 10g
우유 50g
달걀노른자 2개
설탕 20g
바닐라익스트랙 2g
박력분 50g
달걀흰자 2개
설탕 40g
다크 초콜릿 60g
생크림 40g
▶레시피
1. 다크 초콜릿과 무염버터를 중탕으로 녹이고 코코아파우더를 체 쳐 넣고 섞은 뒤 우유를 넣고 섞는다.
2. 달걀노른자, 설탕, 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞은 뒤 박력분을 체 쳐 넣고 섞는다.
3. 머랭을 나눠 넣고 틀에 넣은 뒤 평평하게 하고 150도 (160도 20분 예열) 오븐에서 35분 정도 굽는다.
4. 실온에서 식힌 뒤 냉장실에서 식히고 틀에서 빼낸다.
5. 다크 초콜릿과 생크림을 전자레인지에 30초 정도 돌려 녹여 섞은 뒤 살짝 식혀 케이크 위에 부어 마무리한다.
