MOIST Banana Crumble Muffins- Bouchon Bakery style
I know we all hate this word but for now let's just suck it up and get over it because there really is no other word that can properly describe these Banana muffins other than moist! The first time I tested this recipe I couldn't tell if they were cooked or not! these are so fragrant and delicious and now have become my go-to recipe for banana muffins. To take them to the next level I've added this almond crumble/ streusel topping for some crunchy sweetness on top. very simple to put together and even better when prepared ahead. Bake some for breakfast with your morning Tea/Coffee or pack them up for school lunches. If you make these let me know how you go!

Streusel Cake | Amused Bouche
Streusel Cake isn't something you see in the UK too often but it's glorious. If you've got ginger biscuits or an excess of Gingerbread People hanging around this is the recipe for you.
A soft, sweet, vanilla cake, filled with fudgy streusel and topped with crunchy streusel. It shouldn't work, but it most certainly does.
