Easy way to make the tastiest Pepper Steak recipe for your family - cooking stir fry

Pepper Steak : make the tastiest Pepper Steak recipe for your family - step-by-step guide
INGREDIENTS :
*2 pounds of flank steak cut against grain into thin slices
* 2 bell peppers cut into bite size pieces
* 1 large onion
* 3 cloves of garlic minced 1/2 thumb size ginger minced
* 6 tablespoons oil (1/3 for marinade, 1/3 for stir frying of steak, 1/3 for stir frying vegetables)
* 1&1/2 tablespoon of honey
* 1/2 tablespoon chicken seasoning (substitute with all purpose seasoning)
* Pinch each of crushed black pepper for marinade, and slurry
* 1/2 cup of water
* 2 tablespoon of soy sauce (1/2 light and 1/2 dark)
* 3 tablespoons corn starch (1/2 for marinade, 1/2 for slurry)
Instructions
1. Marinate meat for 20-30 minutes prior to cooking.
2. Place skillet on medium heat, add oil, wait till oil is sizzling hot and place steak in batches,
spread out in pan for 2 minutes on each side, to obtain a sear/caramelization.
3. Transfer cooked steak to a bowl to stop cooking. Repeat this process till all steak is cooked.
4. Proceed with cooking vegetables in a wok by adding remaining oil to wok in high heat. Add
remaining garlic and ginger, crushed black pepper and salt, stir and cook for under 30
seconds. Add vegetables and cook to your preferred crunch/done-ess.
Notes: I cooked the vegetables not exceeding 1 minute. Add slurry (combination of water, corn starch, soy sauce, garlic and ginger), stir till thickened. Add cooked steak and stir to combine. Remove wok from heat and serve with rice.

Hey guys I am making this quick and easy pepper steak recipe right at home.
This Chinese Take Out Pepper Steak will be your family's favorite Chinese pepper steak goes well with a side of white rice on the side. Enjoy.
INGREDIENTS
1 pound rib eye steak
1/4 cup light and dark soy sauce
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1 tbsp minced ginger
2 tsp minced garlic
1 1/2 tbsp corn starch
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp steak seasoning
1/2 tsp creole seasoning
pepper to taste
1/2 tsp island vibe seasoning (OPTIONAL)
1 tbsp honey or sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup chicken broth or beef broth
1/45 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp white rice vinegar
1/4 cup water

How to make pepper steak from home
Pepper Steak Recipe
Soak 3 pieces of thin sirloin steak in a bowl of salt water for 30 mins. Scrub and rinse
Slice steak into thin square shape pieces
Place in a bowl
Season with 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of ground ginger, 1 tsp of black pepper and 3 squirts of soy sauce
Mix in well and allow it to sit and marinate for 30 minutes
Meanwhile, chop up 1 onion and 1 green pepper into big square size pieces.
In a bowl.... combine 4 tbs of soy sauce, 4 tbs of oyster sauce, 2 1/2 tbs of brown sugar, 1 tbs of cornstarch and 4 tbs of beef broth AND STIR IN WELL
Place a pan over medium heat.
Add 1/2 cup of broth. Add steak pieces and cook until meat is tender
Remove steak and clean pan out
Place pan back over medium heat. Add 3 tbs of olive oil, your chopped up onions and green peppers, 2 tsp of minced garlic and 1/4 cup of drained tomatoes
Fry for 5 minutes then add steak to pan'
Fry for another 5-10 minutes or until brown
Once meat and vegetables brown add the sauce mixture
Once the sauce thickens to your desired thickness cut the fire off
Serve with rice

2️⃣ 00:00:10 - In a small mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Add in beef broth, sugar, black pepper, ginger, and garlic. Whisk to combine. Set aside.
3️⃣ 00:01:20 - Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add in beef and toss until seared, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from wok and set aside.
4️⃣ 00:01:43 - Add in another 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add in peppers and onions. Cook in the wok until tender crisp, about 3 minutes.

Pepper Corn Steak Stir Fry ????
Serves 2
Ingredients
1 lb flank steak
(Thinly sliced)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
(Low sodium)
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon corn starch
Neutral oil as needed
4 large cloves of garlic
1/2 sweet onion
1 bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon green pepper corns
Optional garnish pink pepper corn
Instruction
1. Mix together soy sauce, water, sesame oil, oyster sauce, honey, garlic powder, baking soda, and corn starch.
2. Add the marinade to your beef and let marinate at room temperature for 30minutes
3. Add enough oil to coat the bottom of your pan on high heat
4. When the oil starts to smoke add the beef and let sear until it develops some color
5. Next add minced garlic, crushed green pepper corns, bell pepper, and onion. Continue to sauté until the onion and peppers are softened.
6. Plate up and garnish with pink pepper corns.
