Our Easy pepper steak recipe in 25 minutes is simply out of this world. Just to let you in on a little secret, I actually did this recipe in 20 minutes. Without the word of a lie, my friends, this recipe is spectacular. I think the thing that sets this dish from any other is the sauce. It has a thick, rich, ginger like taste that is perfect with rice or any other side dish. The peppers and celery are done tender crisp and the beef is cooked to perfection. Life simply doesn't get any better.

How to Make Peppered Steak
Hey everybody and welcome to another episode of Sunday Cooking with Mom and Me. Ok so ummm........I've just about run out of things to say on these descriptions. Uhhh....Peppered Steak. Amazing meal. Give it a try. Like and subscribe. Enjoy and be blessed! Think that just about sums it up.
Peppered steak
1 LB beef strips (for stir fry)
1 large onion
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
olive oil
2 teaspoons Corn starch
1//8 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Hoisin sauce with lime concentrate
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup beef broth
1/4 cup white cooking wine
1 tablespoon ginger juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
Yum Yum sauce
Drizzle oil in Dutch oven, large skillet, or wok. Sautee onions and bell peppers, for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove onions and bell peppers from pot. Add more olive oil and add meat. Brown meat for at least 5 minutes. Add onions and bell peppers back to the pot. Add white cooking wine. Add ginger juice, salt and black pepper. Add soy sauce and Hoisin sauce. Add beef broth and chicken broth. Add corn starch slurry (mixed with a little water in a cup). Add garlic powder and onion powder. Stir. Place the lid on and simmer for 50 to 60 minutes. Serve over rice. Enjoy with Yum Yum sauce.

SHAKING BEEF | BO LUC LAC⤵️
MARINADE
2 lbs beef, cubed. I used ribeye
A lot of minced garlic (like 10 cloves)
3 TBSP oyster sauce
2.5 TBSP low sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp fish sauce
3 TBSP oil of choice- I used vegetable
2.5 TBSP sugar
1 tsp black pepper
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS
2 TBSP butter
3 bell peppers, any color
1. Combine all of your ingredients listed under marinade and marinate at least 10 mins at room temp (or over night but in the fridge)
2. Then on a skillet with some heat, cook/ sear your beef. About 1 minute each side (2 mins total). I cooked mine in 2 batches
3. In the same skillet after everything is seared, sauté onions for 2 minutes.
4. Then add bell peppers and cook for another 2 minutes
5. Then add your beef back in along with 2 TBSP salted butter. Cook until butter is half way melted. Then turn off heat & continue mixing untold butter is all the way melted
6. Serve with rice, fried egg, and salt, pepper lime dip

♡INGREDIENTS♡
•1 pound beef chuck steak
•pinch of meat tenderizer seasoning
•pinch of black pepper
•pinch of garlic powder
•3 tbsp oil (for stir frying steak & veggies)
•1 red bell pepper, chopped or julienned
•1 green bell pepper, chopped or julienned
•1 yellow bell pepper, chopped or julienned
•1-inch ginger root, chopped (as finely as u prefer)
•3 cloves garlic, chopped (as finely as u prefer)
•2 stalks scallion, chopped
•1 medium onion, chopped
♡FOR SAUCE♡
•1/3 cup soy sauce
•1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
•1 tbsp oyster sauce
•1 cup beef broth
•2 tbsp light brown sugar
•2 tbsp ketchup
•1 1/2 tbsp flour (or cornstarch)
